We love this office! Pulled up to the building yesterday for my boys appointments and my youngest said«I know this place! I love it here!» The hygienists are awesome with kids and so patient with them. My oldest chipped his tooth a few months back and they got us in right away for a consult and fixed it a couple weeks later beautifully making my son feel completely comfortable the whole time.

My sons loves going here! He started going at 11⁄2 years and the staff and atmosphere are amazing. They are knowledgeable and kind, with tons of toys and even TVs in the chairs if needed. I personally hate going to the dentist and love that my son knows no such fear. They send out appointment email reminders and call, which is really helpful when you have multiple little ones. Can’t say enough good things!

My 2 and 4 yo had their first dental appts today here and they went great. This was their first time at the dentist so i didnt know what to expect but everyone is super nice and great with kids.(I say that because we have had pediatric nurses that have been horibble and not so patient, and that was not the case here) The waiting room is airplane themed which was another plus because my kids love airplanes! My 4 y. o loved that he got to watch a movie on the ceiling and that he got a toothbrush and bouncy ball. My 2 y. o cant stand sitting for a long time and they were super quick and great with him. I highly recommend the monroe location. Thank you puget sound pediatric dentistry!

I absolutely LOVED the Dentist! She was a total doll! BUT, the receptionists were extremely unprofessional. On the day of our appointment, I waited in the lobby as my children went back for their follow up. I could hear a full conversation taking place between the 2 receptionists about the following: A mother had made back to back appointments for her 2 sons on a day that they were going to be with their dad. Apparantly, they didn’t show up for the appointments because the younger boy had to be taken to the hospital. They spoke to the mother on the phone and advised her that she should have let their dad take the one son to the hospital and she should have followed through with the commitment that was made at the dentist with her older son. I was not only uncomfortable listening to this conversation, but I was shocked to say the least that they were so insensitive! I would hate to be that person that they were talking about!
