I have come several times and only keep coming because it’s close to my house, every time the staff are rude and seem like they hate being there. This last visit I ordered a 6 inch sandwhich and then my daughter wanted the same kind so I said actually just make it a footlong. The lady making the sandwhich says you can’t because it’s different bread… even though it’s the exact same and every single other Subway allows it. I don’t have the energy to fight so I pay the $ 18 for our two 6″ subs, drinks and chips. Then we sit down to eat and someone else comes in to order, the girl says to the person in line, «we have a special today, $ 6 for any footlong». I certainly would have gotten the same stupid bread to save $ 10 but apparently they only offer the specials to select customers. Pretty annoyed I’m still tolerable of my experience since this is Subway afterall; until I find a hard quarter sized chunk of plastic in my daughter’s sandwhich. I brought it to the lady and her reply was that’s weird, sorry… I guess we can remake it if you want… Sorry my toddler is done eating after she finds plastic in her food. How about a refund and acting like you care that you messed up? With so many other subways in town, I would say steer clear of this location. Horrible on all accounts!

Just left this Subway and will never return. Manager said credit card system was down so only cash would be accepted. This is the third time I’ve encountered this problem the previous two said I could come and pay next time I was in the neighborhood. Once was a $ 22 dollar order. This am my son had $ 7 dollars the order was $ 8 and some changes. The manager said no deal. I offered to come back. I offered to leave debit card number and signature. Still no deal. Probably spend $ 60 – 80 a week there during sports seasons. Never again. There are 3 other Subways within 2 miles.

the worst experience I’ve ever had and I wasn’t even eating at the location, my husband and I came in to say hello to his family that we happened to see when we walked in the man at the register said we are closed RUDENOTEVEN A HELLO it was probably about 10 minutes to closing time we told him we were not eating and he nodded and said it was okay then while my husband’s family was still finishing there food the man working stood at the door and opened it holding it open he looked at us until we stood up to eat. This was terrible customer service. I work in customer service and to see this behavior was completely unacceptable even for a subway.

My fiancé and I were in line ordered a sandwich. The woman helping us(her name tag said her name is Autom) was extremely rude and impolite. She started talking really fast about what their specials were today, and my fiancé speaks English but at a slower pace than normal. When he asked that she repeat herself, she rolled her eyes at him. He then decided that he wanted a different cheese and she threw the cheese she had in her hand back into the bucket, and let out a heavy sigh! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. She then raised her tone when she had to explain to him that they apparently put pickles and spinach in the toaster oven now, which I have never heard of. Overall, she rolled her eyes, raised her voice, and was very short and rude with him. THEN she turns to me and says, «Have you decided what you want yet!?» Really loud with her eyes wide and impatient looking. Also, it appeared as though the manager was the one who rang us up(her name is Veronica) and she saw the behavior of Autom and did nothing about it! This woman should really not be in any form of customer service at ALL if she can’t handle repeating herself and explaining herself. My fiancé did not deserve to be treated like that, and no one does. She needs to be more understanding and tolerant of other people’s differences. I, of course, did not order a sandwich and I will NEVER be eating at Subway again. This is not the first time I have experienced less than satisfactory customer service with Subway and it’s chains and I am done with them. I feel like this woman needs to be spoken to about her behavior before she belittles any other gusts.

Very clean and the staff is always friendly. They have a seating area in the rear that has a great view of Lake Tye. This franchise is a model of the high standards I have come to expect from this national chain.
