Basic Radio shack experience. Went here because I was next door at Target shopping, and needed a quick computer connector. I have worked in IT and know«mostly» what I am talking about, and when I walked in asking for a VGA to DVI converter i was greeting with a bunch of talk about how they work sometimes, and they really aren’t reliable. It turned into a 5 person discussion even though I walked in asking for ONE specific part. I would understand if i walk in and say«I need this plug that makes this video the other video on my computer» Complete non-sense in computer language and badly needing clarification. However me asking for one specific piece of hardware, costing less than $ 20. That most non tech savvy people don’t even know exists, and getting the questioning bothered me a bit. If I asked for a specific part, by name, don’t you think I know a little bit of whats going on? Then again the majority of people they deal with probably need to be spoken to like children, so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise, nice clean, laid out store. Everything easy to find, with that perfect Radio Shack«plastic smile» on the employees.
