Horrible, greasy overpriced pizza. Guy making pizza, not sure if he’s the owner, is rude. He burnt my wife’s slice when reheating it, and when she brought it to his attention, he argued about it rather then trying to fix the problem. NEVERAGAIN.

This place is a great place. The food is amazingly prepared, the staff is proffesional and friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming and appeasing, and the prices are a bit high but worth it, and the serving sizes are great. I have nothing bad to say about this place and have nothing but love for it. They always make me feel like family when I’m there and I hope if you give it a try you realize all I have said is true.

Love this place! Just moved to area and tried the other pizza places(planet pizza, big mike’s, fat sal’s) and this is definitely the best of them for pizza. They also have the best chicken parm hero and the freshest bread. Great, friendly service as well!

This place doesn’t get constant traffic so if you walk in at 2:00, expect to get reheated pizza leftover from lunchtime when you order a slice. That being said, their slices are actually pretty darn good. Even when reheated. I’ve been here a few times, always during off-peak hours so I can’t comment on what their pizza tastes like fresh out of the oven, but it’s better than the many mediocre pizza joints found throughout NYC. There’s a TV that’s usually always playing ESPN, which is a plus and the staff range from indifferent to polite which is acceptable. This is one of those places that could be a 4(at least) if they really wanted to but wouldn’t see much of a benefit since I can’t imagine their customer base growing beyond outlet shoppers, who venture outside the food court, and locals.

My family has been eating here for years and we love it. The front of the restaurant is more for grabbing a pie after a kid’s baseball game while the back is a bit fancier. Sonny’s offers delicious Italian food at a reasonable price. And the owner is extremely sweet — he always come over to us to say hello and make sure we’re enjoying our meals. Love the penne al vodka!

Horrible experience Pizza was ok. Ordered 4 wedges 3 chicken cutlet, 1 eggplant Chicken cutlet ‘s were small well done and one slice of cheese on each and little sauce. Eggplant was mushy and also almost no sauce and cheese. Owner claimed wedge chicken was ½ the amount as a dinner platter. The whole experience was horrible. I will never visit again.

Good pizza. Service could have been better though. The food and atmosphere made up for the waitress. She was not attentive at all! I’d try dining in once more, and if table service has not improved, it would be strictly take out for me, cause the pizza was good.

Went to Sonny’s on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. Big mistake. We were seated immediately and our order was taken shortly thereafter, but then we waited almost 30 minutes for our gum chewing waitress to bring our water. Dinner followed moments later. The salad that accompanied my entrée was about three leaves of lettuce and a piece of tomato. My chicken francaise was cooked in much too much lemon and oddly did not come with pasta or rice. We were not impressed, doubt we’ll be back.
