I like Ye’s Asian Fusion because the food is always very fresh and tasty. The quality and service are consistently high. The lunch boxes are delightful. We’ve had sushi and sashimi takeout and it’s very good too. I want to try dinner there sometime. I’m highly recommend Ye’s because they can transform an ordinary picked up lunch in a paper bag into a gourmet dining experience!

We started with warm sake and tea. Both very good. The fried oyster appetizer was perfectly crispy, as was the tempura (nothing worse than soggy tempura) The avocado salad was entirely skipable, being made with iceberg lettuce. The sushi — yellowtail, tuna, and salmon roe — was all excellent.

I’m not into writing negative reviews. I don’t believe in putting a business down for some irrational judgmental shortcoming. But this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The waitress who claim to be the owner messed up our entire order and overcharged. The takeout took an hour and ten minutes when she said 30 minutes. When I called them on it, she offered no explanation. Simply got outright rude and told me to bring the food back for refund. I would recommend staying away from this place!

If it had not been for the tempura udon soup, I would have given a 5-​star rating to Ye’s.
I dined here with my family last weekend! Ye’s has many good things going for it! Ambience, service, food quality and price were all positive in my mind!
We went here after reading Unilocal reviews and securing a coupon from
. I ordered their tempura udon soup and everyone else in my family ordered various sushi items. As much as I was looking forward to my soup, I was so totally disappointed by the flavorless broth. In my opinion, the broth is what makes the udon flavorful and satisfying. It didn’t have enough salt, flavor or anything much going for it except somewhat greasy tempura shrimp and veggies. So, meh!
Now that the worst of the review is out, off to the many positives. Each of the sushi platter ordered by my family was delicious! My husband’s platter came with 8 or 9 pieces of sushi and a tempura type roll. The tempura roll was yummy. My kids too ordered different types of rolls and they were all good.
As we were enjoying the food, we all knew we would go back there again — soon! As a matter of fact, I wish Ye’s was closer to us! Perhaps it’s a good thing they are not that close, otherwise we will be eating out way too often!

If you’re looking for sushi or sashimi, do NOT go to Ye’s. I just left moments ago after being served improperly cut sashimi, tuna with worms, and defrosted macarel. Need I say more? I didn’t think so.

After seeing glowing reviews, my husband and I were hopeful about this restaurant.
HOWEVER, we were very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the customer service. Soggy rice, old fish, and zero creativity.
Between the two of us, we ordered six sushi rolls with brown rice. The taste between five of them was indiscernible; they tasted exactly the same. EXACTLY the same. Furthermore, the menu explicitly states a 50-​cent surcharge for brown rice per roll; we were charged $ 1 per roll. When we asked our waitress why there was a discrepancy, she flippantly replied that there was a change in management. When we pointed to the fact that the menu still states fifty cents, she took out a pen and crossed out the caption on the menu. I don’t even care about the fifty cents, it’s the principle of the matter and the manner in which it was handled.
With so many other sushi options in the area, we are going to go elsewhere next time and recommend others to do the same. This is the worst sushi we have ever had, and I am including the mall food court.
YE’S is a big fat N’O.

UPDATE: Just realized that Yes Negamaki is MICROWAVED. And yes, it SUCKS. ITS NASTY… DO NOT ORDER IT. Ive been here 6 times since my last review, and will reiterate… Sushi — Good. Everything else… not so.much. Beware of what you order…

Went for lunch after business meeting and was not disappointed. Found Ye’s from the Unilocal review as we were new to the Monroe area. Ordered from lunch menu, I had the Sushi roll special. A Dragon roll and a spicy yellowtail roll, both were excellent, great presentation, and my partner had the lunch Sashimi special and was very happy with it. We also ordered a 375ml bottle of the Negori saki, non filtered which was cold and a tad sweet.
That lunch with tip ran us $ 25 each which we thought was reasonable for the excellent fresh fish, and bottle of saki, definitely recommend!

We ordered lunch take-​out at work when Ye’s first opened and it was amazing. It was so good that the sushi places around me no longer seemed fresh. I am now slowing getting all my family members to make the drive to Monroe (usually a 35 – 45 minute drive) to taste how amazing the sushi is at ye’s.
I always get the eel avocado, Philadelphia, and tuna roll. My husband had the Futo Maki and loved it. My mother-​in-​law doesn’t like sushi so she ordered one of the noddle bowls and very much enjoyed it. The family agreed that Ye’s knocked their favorite sushi place out of the park.
Simply put, the food is amazing and I have recommend this place to everyone I know that eats Sushi.

I am no stranger to sushi. This is a great place. Sorry to gush, but the creativity is second to none. Freshness is the key here, and the food and preparation couldn’t be better. Be sure to ask the sushi chef for recommendations, they are spot on. Loved my spicy tuna handroll. And who would think of uni and egg! (Chef suggestion). Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed

3.5 stars. Basing the rating primarily off of the food. Godzilla roll was delicious along with the green salad, vegetable tempura, green tea, and hot sake. Staff seemed friendly. Decorations were pretty normal. Music could be improved. Overall first impression was good and would be happy to return.

I went to this new place last night with my husband for sushi. We absolutely loved it! The fish was fresh and it was quite generous in the portions. I had the Three Musketeers roll and it was so huge and really tasty. I also had the yellowtail & scallion roll and my husband had the white tuna roll with avocado. They also gave us a sampling of the spicy crab salad. I could make an entire meal out of this, as it was so good. We were quite happy with our meal and will definitely be back.
