Babies R US

I have been very impressed with this store. Baby stuff can be quite overwhelming and I’ve found the staff to be extremely accommodating and helpful when you have questions. In fact, there are even employees that wander the store and ask if there is anything you need or if you have any questions. This comes in very handy when you are reading a registry print out and trying to navigate which product is actually the one on the registry or trying to decide between two very similar items.
The store is clean and bright and the layout makes a lot of sense. They also have a lot of great deals throughout the store. Right now, all clearance items are an additional 50% off, so some complete outfits are as little as $ 5!
If you need baby or toddler items, this is the place to go.

Since almost every female that I am friends with is currently pregnant or has a small child, I have been frequenting Babies R Us and Toys R Us stores all over the city of Pittsburgh during the last year. By no means am I a baby product expert, but this Babies R Us was so far my favorite that I had ever visited.
Customer service was very helpful when I walked into the door. (Though my look of confusion may have made them take pity upon me.) One of the associates printed out the baby registry that I needed and even supplied her own name and a fellow associate’s name if I would possibly need help. I found the products faster than usual. Baby products were the first couple aisles on the right of the store which made baby shower shopping much easier and faster than at the other Toys and Babies R Us stores that I have visited in the area.
Based on my positive experience, I will be returning to this store again in the future!
