So first off we ordered our furniture in February. We are fast approaching the end of April and have not received our table or our eight chairs. The sales person told us 2 – 4 weeks for delivery. I called this morning and now they are telling us the middle of May. Apparently they don’t have the show pieces in stock. I wish they would have been up front and honest with us about the time frame. We would have looked else where. I feel as though they told us this just so they could get the sale. The communication is very poor and I’m very disappointed with this experience. Buy your furniture elsewhere. And if they tell you 2 – 4 weeks it actually means 2 – 4 months.

I’ve been getting furniture from here for years. Not much to choose from though in this neck of the woods. It’s better than Value city but less expensive than ethan allen.
The last bedroom set I had from here was real quality wood. A very sturdy bed with no creaks or breaks. It’s heavy too which is necessary for me when looking at quality furniture. They do carry cheaper bedroom sets which are very nice and modern.
Me and my husband have no space in our room so we found a bed that has storage underneath and that gave us many extra drawers. Now we will be able to move easier around our room and even put a chest at the end of the bed.
The employees are very nice they help you without stocking you and they are very informed about the furniture as well as specials. I’ll continue to shop here.

We went here during the memorial day sale, which we later found out ended at close of business Tuesday. When we asked a manager what day the sale ends, his response was «Well, its a memorial day weekend sale, and today is memorial day, so… today is the last day.» We were skeptical because we thought we saw the sale being advertised as friday thru tuesday. A salesman also told us the sale ended Monday. Like I said we later found out that the sale did in fact last through tuesday. Like used car salesmen, these guys will tell you anything to get you to buy. We still ended up buying because the price was great, but I didn’t appreciate being lied to. And yes, I did let them know I was ticked off about that.

Our experience started off pleasant enough, but it has deteriorated over time. We bought a couch and a chair in September, and by November we realized something was wrong with the couch. I called the first week in January to schedule an appointment for someone to take a look at our couch. I was rudely told no appointments were available until March 8th. Our couch clearly was broken, but we patiently waited until the appointment. The technician was friendly and reported the couch was indeed broken and it was a manufacturing default. He said he would report the findings and someone from customer service would contact me within 2 weeks to schedule a repair. After the two weeks passed and no one called, so I called to follow up. I was told that a postcard should have gone out saying the parts have been ordered but not to fret, it was under control. It is now May 18 and my couch is still broken with no word on the replacement parts. I would not buy from here again.

We’ve bought a lot of stuff from Levin Furniture over the past several years and have always been satisfied. Their clearance centers are the best place to get great deals on slightly imperfect merchandise and I’ve never had anyone there or at the regular store be pushy or annoying. Happy to continue doing business with them.

We had a great experience at this Levin’s. We bought a kitchen table, and there was a good sale going on. We also had a great salesman — not pushy at all, but very knowledgeable and nice. There was also a small café with free fountain sodas and light snacks (cheese and crackers, fruit) available — which was helpful for me since I’d gone hours without eating!
The delivery system was also great — prompt, and they assembled the furniture for us. I’d recommend Levin to anyone looking for good, solid furniture at a good price with good service.

I we bought are sofa, coffee table, and end tables here about a month ago. There was sale going on at the time so we got everything for a great price. Levin was clean, a lot to pick from and are salesman was nice. I was happy when we shopped here and I will shop here again.
