Cafe Meridian

I was never a big fan of Mediterranean food, so Café Meridian was kind of our last minute decision as we walked down old town Monrovia. We ordered couple items to share between the three of us. We had Calamari for appetizer and it was fresh and crispy.
«Meridian for two» came with chicken kebab, beef kebab, vegetables, pita bread, hummus, rice, and salad. Lamb kebab also came with rice and vegetables. Beef and Lamb were cook perfectly to my taste but chicken was a bit dry but it might be because I had beef and lamb first, then chicken. My favorite part was the rice. Our waitress did explain to us how they cook it, but I think I will just simply go back for it — may be with some pita and hummus too.
It was really a great surprise New Year Eve’s dinner for us! Love this place already!
