I needed a pair of computer glasses and and another pair for reading. Dr Watanabe was really he suggested transition bi focal glasses and helped me pick the frames. I love my new glass I can finally read menus in a restaurant. Thank you Dr Watanabe

Today was my first visit there. They were the closest provider with our new insurance plan and decided to give them a try.
The staff was friendly and very busy helping customers yet I didn’t feel igored. They were backed up a bit and they apologized for the wait (30 minutes past my appointment time) which is a nice touch.
The eye exam was standard and had a nice human touch. Since there was such a big change in vision from my current prescription the optometrist took extra time with the exam and did a few steps new to me to make sure she could give me a clean bill of health. Which I got in the end.
The selection of glasses and price points to chose from is astounding. If you can’t find a pair you like, well you’re to picky.
I’ll be back with my Oakley sunglasses for new lenses in a few weeks… I liked them that much.

Worse customer care. I got the glasses with scraps and I told them to fix. They gave me after two weeks and fixed nothing. They said they couldn’t fix it. Should I wear like this?
