This is for the Market St. facility — Not impressed — the prices go up, the service goes down. Machines breakdown and remain in disrepair for weeks– often unmarked with signage until it has been reported to staff about 2 or 3 times. Thousands of worthless wipes are used to swipe over machines, leaving the seats and arm rests soaking wet with chemicals. You must either wait several minutes for them to dry or use your sweat towel to dry them for use– then your towel is unusable unless you want to rub these chemicals all over your skin. Read the literature — probably the wipes are doing nothing but creating super bugs and overfilling the land fills. When there was a flood and the facility was not available for use for a few weeks, I sent an email inquiring about how we would be reimbursed since we pay $ 83/mo. for a facility we could not use. I have yet to receive a response, even though the website assures you they will get back to you very soon. The only correspondence I’ve received was a notice that the new rates are now $ 86.00/mo. Frequently very crowded and machines unavailable. People using machines as relaxation benches to play with their cell phones, and staff does nothing. They frequently redo the parking lots to make room for more people to overcrowd the place.

From the website: «Our facility has a fitness center that includes both cardiovascular and strength training equipment, as well as fitness classes for youth and adults.» And that’s it. It’s a small workout area with weightlifting and cardio machines. No pool, no locker room, no showers. Staff were friendly when I visited, almost apologetic that there wasn’t an official place for me to change.
