My wife bought me home the Halloween whopper.
The Black bun was extremely dry and stale.

Super slow drive thru. During busier times I never understand why they don’t utilize the first window for payment and the second window for handing out orders to customers. I guess that’s the lack of management. Overall the employees are helpful just need to be better managed.

Fast drive through. Ok people. Fries tasted like burnt oil, tea tasted like bottom of metal container. Nuggets were not good, cool and mushy. Gross.

I think they’ve stepped up their game since the last review five months ago. My experience was normal when I went; fast response through the drive thru, delivery was quick, food was good (well, not cold or stale). The crew was courteous. I went during off peak hours.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve even been to and I used to work in one. I’ve had a variety of their menu offerings (Whopper, Crispy Chicken whatever, fish whatver) and each time I’ve been there the food has been below mediocre. The wait-​time for a Whopper/​cheese meal (their signature item) approached 10 minutes and I was the only one in line. Their condiment bar is rarely stocked and you’re always hunting for lids. It seems that the staff there couldn’t give less of a f*ck about your service or overall satisfaction with your meal. The only reason I’ve gone back is out of desperation. There is a dearth of fast food along that stretch (McDonald’s and Taco Bell are a bit farther down but when you’re starving and stuck in traffic, any port in storm is tempting.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The food is always cold and stale.

OK, I had to wait a while before posting. to put my thoughts about this place into words the would be appropriate to post. I did read the other two reviews and can truly say that this the WORST BURGER KING EVER!!!
Last time I was here I hated it! Slow service, cold food, order was not correct. I totally forgot about our last trip here and ended up in their drive thru line with only 3 cars ahead of us. My 5 year old said he was hungry so we stopped here. BIG MISTAKE! We should have just headed home and had a PB & J. Anyway, it took about 10 minutes to get to the speaker, I ordered a kids hamburger meal with apple slices, apple juice and cookie. I had to repeat my order 5 times because each time they said it back it was WRONG. My 5 year old thought this was a funny game the man at the speaker was playing, me on the other hand, NOT! I get to the window to pay and the lady at the window tells me my total is nine fifty something and I said «Really? For what?» she says «2 kids nugget meals with extra cookies» At this point my 5 year old is laughing so hard he can hardly catch his breath (funny game again). We finally get the money/​order/​pay part done. I drive to the next window for the food and I just wanted to get the heck out of there I just took the bag and the juice and drove away.
My 5 year old says to me while looking through his bag «Mommy, they did not use their listening ears! I did not want fries!!» He ended up with a cheeseburger plain, fries, apple juice and a toy. He wanted me to go back and I told him we could not.
The only good part of our experience here was that my 5 year old thought the man at the speaker was playing the copy game all wrong.

Very slow drive thru. Customer interaction is dry and artificial.

Update– they have overhauled quite a bit and it is much better than before. Friendlier employees work here now and the food seems better.
If you hate yourself then definitely visit the BK after 4pm. Then wait for the slowest service for the worst food to occur. Dining in be prepared to wait for your food up to 15 minutes, as the slow drive thru takes priority. The drive thru can take 5 to 8 minutes to wind through especially if they are busy.
I have seen the employees hanging out on the outside table smoking and throwing their cups into the bushes. They don’t care about their restaurant and they surely don’t care about you.

Super slow service at the drive thru and I was literally the only customer! (Also the food is fresher at the Potomac Mills location.)
