The doctor herself is very nice! I had known Dr. Ling for years since junior high actually. I left her office because her front desk was extremely rude and inconsiderate to me. I had to cancel an appointment last minute because of work and she gave me a not so nice attitude about it claiming, «We saved a whole hour for you! Why can’t you come in at 230?» Because I had work! You honestly expect me to pick a dentist appointment over my job? All she had to do was say, «I’m sorry you will be missed here are the steps for paying the cancelation fee.» Nope, none of that customer service, I just got yelled at like a child! She was just very unsympathetic to me so I left. I felt bad because I really did like the dentist but they need to do something about their front desk.

Dr. Ling is awesome. My family has been going to her for years. When I go, she asks me about my family and how we are doing, hums some brit spears, and gives me honest guidance in how I can improve my dental health. I like her a lot. I’ve never had any problems with their front desk at all. Super friendly girls and super relatable. I’ve never been denied help if I asked for it. I guess they were unsympathetic when I told them that my wisdom teeth were hurting but that was only bc they had told me about a year before to get them out and I didn’t listen. it was more funny than problematic.

So far I’m very satisfied with the work done by Dr. Ling. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the front desk. We are new patients, and in a relatively short time I’ve had a couple of run-​ins with the receptionist. She showed very little compassion when I was in pain. «I don’t know what to tell you» came out of her mouth one too many times. I needed help, and she was reluctant to provide it. I almost switched dentists after my first encounter, but decided to give Dr. Ling a shot. I’m glad I did.

Dr. Ling will give you the most honest and detailed diagnosis of your teeth. She is very caring toward her patients and very good with children too. Her staff are also very professional and will ensure that you will be fully satisfied when your treatment is complete.
