McDonald’s

So again I’ve made the mistake of going to this sorry ass McDonalds. This place is a shitty excuse of a restaurant. A Mcflurry is no longer a Mcflurry. It’s ice cream with Oreos thrown on top. And apparently they run out of fudge for hot fudge Sunday’s. Pathetic

I dont usually go to mcdonalds but its my to go place when Im running really late and I need a quick breakfast I came here this morning and I have to say the customer service extremely friendly and polite I was impress because usually they are rude.
I wish I could remember the girls name but both girls that were working in the window extremely educated and nice
I order something I didn’t want thinking I had order the correct think and the girl fixed it for me and gave me what I wanted, I can really appreciate that since thats what I was craving this morning.
Regret not getting their name to give them credit for their excellent customer service

Very friendly staff! I think this the only McDonalds that will serve your food. The quality of the food is pretty decent! Nothing to great about this place! It has a very nice patio though.

what can i say-​its average micky D’z– they got my order wrong but no biggie. i really like they’re coffee-.young lady working the window made sure they got it right. fast service.

My trip to McDonalds Montclair:
Me: May I please have a large coffee?
Employee: I am running low on coffee. I can only give you a small.
Me: *blank stare* Can you make more?
Employee: Well… um…ok I guess…
Me: Thanks that would be great!

Worst service! Should have just driven a mile longer to eat at Everest. The kids that work there are brain dead and do not know how to talk to customers. They lack communication and common sense. I know it’s just a flipping burger job but holy shit! Stay away from this place filled with people who think they deserve a raise on minimum wage. I had to give it a one star to even be able to post this.

What is it with Mcdonalds and their shitty service? Are my expectations to high? Or do all of them just suck that bad?
Went there last night, family was hungry, and I was next door at On Track PowerSports, so this was the closest place to eat. Even though the place was clean, No damn ice in the ice machine, no straws, no large lids at the self serve location next to the soda machines… they put the food out on the tray, and let it sit there getting cold, while the rest of your food is getting prepared… WHY DO YOU DO THAT? LEAVE IT ON THE WARMER UNTIL ALL THE FOOD IS READY!!!
We go sit down to eat, and my wife asks where is her Mocha Frappé… DAMN IT! They forgot to make it, so now I have to get up from eating, let me food get even colder, to go ask about the frappé… HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE STARTED MAKING IT, BUT DIDN’T FINISH MAKING IT! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?!
Damn it Mcdonalds… your work ethic sucks… I understand you are hiring teenagers… but damn! When I was working at Mcdonalds…17 years ago… it was never like that… TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!

One star for the nice décor, 0 stars for service. I wonder why people get treated like shit at fast food places? Is it because they think we depend on them to eat or something? It’s been long coming but the next time some insulting so-​called experienced manager treats me like shit I swear it on my life I will slam the bag of good in his/​her face and ask for my money back and make a scene, I think I’ve had enough bad service for one lifetime …
