El Pollo Loco

Icela is amazing! I work for Nordstrom, and I have never had better service at any fast food restaurant!!! She came to the table twice to check on us, and she was cleaning everything.
The chicken was on point today!!! I will have to eat inside more often. Way better than just driving through!!!

Today is the last day I go to this Pollo Loco. If it’s not an issue with my order being short an item, it’s no chicken, yes no chicken available! No drumsticks for the kids meals or any other meal. Sadly this is the closest Pollo Lioco me but I’d rather not have it any longer or buy elsewhere.

Just ordered the classic chicken burrito from the $ 5 combos and this is a RICE burrito not a chicken burrito! Its not right no charge a total of $ 7 for burrito full of only rice! You guys are cutting costs and you are forgetting about the quality of your product.

Yummy, This Looks Real Good. Nice an Always Fresh. Sure do miss eating the pico de gallo. And since I don’t usually eat beans, They’re Good. Good sized crowd.

Two days ago I purchased chicken for our family and everyone got food poisoning. Will be reporting it because im sure other people were probably sick too.

I come here literally 3 to 4 times a week because I work in the same shopping center so I have lunch here but after the incident today I will be avoiding this place of establishment! I ordered a family meal through drive thru and the person taking my order informed me it would be a 30 to 40 min wait (which was explained with a sense of attitude in his tone of voice) so since I had my husband, mother and children with me and we were here for dinner so I agreed to wait, we pulled to the front of the restaurant to wait my mother ran in to get sauces and condiments and as she’s there she hears the employee Ramiro make a statement «I can’t believe they agreed to wait! They’re crazy, If I was told it would be that long for food I would be like Bye Felicia!!» Hearing this my mom was furious she pulled the manager aside and explained the situation to her and she was very apologetic which we appreciated! But that is still not enough for the rude comments made by her employee to be acceptable! He has ruined our experience here.

If it wasn’t for El Pollo Loco food being decent, I would never come to this El Pollo Loco. That and the fact that it’s only one near my house. I don’t think I’ve ever gone to this Pollo Loco and not had to have complained about my order being wrong. It’s like they never listen or they just do whatever it is they feel like doing at that moment. I mean its not that hard pour lettuce in the tostada bowl with rice and beans and throw chicken on top, how hard is that?

I love el pollo loco but it’s always fucking packed here :(the drive through and inside 15 minutes to wait and 15 minutes to get my food

The food was very good here as it always is at Pollo Loco. The service was good & friendly, also the bathroom was clean.

There’s salads are awesome there’s citrus dressing is the bomb the rice bowl with beans and their salsa are very good employee user very nice and helpful

I went to get a Tostada and I wanted to try the chicken one. I asked the person on the intercom in the drive thru what was in the Tostada so that I wouldn’t get something that I didn’t like. Well when I received the Tostada there was Avocado on it. I guess either I didn’t hear her say that it was on there or because the speaker had static I must of missed it. My fork was dirty and the chicken was burnt. The salad dressing cup with about ¼ filled. I guess they must of ran out or something. Any way I think I will stick to the ones in Ontario and Rancho from now on.

Visited here at opening time (10am), and for some reason, they waited until 1038 to open the door. Took an unreasonably long time to prepare food (maybe they had an emergency, or maybe they had someone quit), but when the food was received, it was fresh and typically delicious.
Great location, right off the freeway, and convenient.

Amazing lunch spot! Best el pollo loco that I have ever been to. The manager is always helping her staff and making sure everything is running smoothly. They are always busy and food is very fresh. Place is clean.

I got good customer service from Jonathan on cashier I asked him for a bunch of stuff and he had a smile on the whole time, good job

Went to the Montclair location on Central Ave, was in the drive-​thru lane with 3 cars ahead of me and I car behind me. So I was trapped. Put my order in. The employee did not understand what I wanted, so I explained it 3 times, then another employee came on the speaker and again I explained my order. The person said they could make it for me, but it would cost more. Told them I had seen it on the menu board inside. I waited for the other cars ahead of me to get their food and drive away, and then I just drove right out of that EL Pollo Loco. Needless to say, that I will not return to a restaurant where the employees do not even know what’s on their own menu. It was a total waste of my time.

If I could give no stars I would. I work for a restaurant meyself, so I know the frustrations one may have for the day or even just dealing with one customer but I didn’t expect the rude service from the assistant manager ivonne. Extremely rude, my boyfriend and I went in to order food for our family we initially wanted to order 30 pieces but it was going to take about an hour for the order we went ahead and paid but went in the car and called to tell our family and they said just to get 16 pieces instead so we went back in to cancel and get a refund and I believe that is what upset her. I let it go. I went back to pay for a soda and she gave me her attitude again. From across the room she sees me waiting and asked are you going to order something? Didn’t say hi didn’t smile didn’t even walked towards me. If it wasn’t for the nice cashier that was there I would have flipped. We wait for the food, when it’s read she yells your order is ready. We weren’t facing her we didn’t know we were the only ones there’s she could have came to tell us or at least say excuse me your order is ready but she didn’t. She shows me my order makes sure I have the pieces I wanted, I asked for another bag she gives it to me and walks away to her office all she said was thank you didn’t look at me in the eye didn’t see if I wanted assistance to bag my sides in a different bag, coming from a maganger or assistant manager I expected more life in her, more willingness to help her paying customers. Her actions turned my night around for the worst, left not wanting to eat. Very dissapointed.

Great food, fresh and prepared correctly with care, customer service is AWESOME! All employees I have been served by at tis location has been courtious, knowledgable and happy to help with virtually everything. Hats off to all that make this place a great place to eat, will be returning again, thank you.

We moved here from Alhambra area and the Alhambra location and montclair location is like night and day. The food here taste like it’s not fresh at all. No flavor. They have gotten are order wrong three times since and we have never returned.

Awesome place great costumer service, they have menu under 500 calories, I always come back to this place., just remodel very cozy place lighting just right, table and chairs awesome! I recommend this place !

Chicken bacon & guacamole stuffed quesadilla! The only reason I find myself coming here lately. Great food. More on the pricy side compared to most «fast food» places but defiantly worth it. I’m a happy girl tonight. :]
