McDonald’s

So I download the Mc Donald’s app. I’m using it at this location. When you buy 5 coffees the 6^th coffee is free. I got my free coffee. Now this week they said the scanners are broken??? Then I push the button to the scanners the scanner works. Then they tell me «we don’t accept the app at this location anymore.» Really??? My app tell me that this location is still participating. Someone needs to fix this!

They built this McDonalds ²⁰⁰⁶⁄₂₀₀₇. It’s sad to see how run down it has become in just 10 years. The bathrooms are horrendous and the seating area is no different. This McDonalds could definitely benefit from a new leadership team.

If i could give a 0 I would the manager there is super rude. My Dad was here last week with my kids as he was eating the manager started sweeping in the area where my family was sitting. My dad asked her if she could wait to sweep until they were done because obviously when you sweep trash and dust gets lifted she became upset and said well why don’t you go sit some where else? Really? It didn’t stop there she continued to argue with my dad telling him if he had a problem to call corporate. Definitely not going there ever again and neither will my dad I could see why this location has such bad reviews if management is disgusting and rude that’s just a reflection of the employees.

We were here for a coupe of hours waiting on RV to be completed at a nearby location. The staff was friendly, and it is a newer looking McDonalds. I liked the modern look to the seating area, but am not a fan of the children’s play area. It was pretty dirty in there and could use more cleaning. Overall, the food was good and a typical McDonalds.

Every time I come here I get rude attitudes, & horrible service. It’s my fault that I keep coming back but it’s so close to my house that not going to drive out of my way for some fries. Tonight was especially awful. I ordered chicken nuggets & 6 cookies. Only to have paid then told that the oven was shut off and it was only 9:30! They close at 11. I think they just didn’t want to go through the work of putting down fresh cookies! Isn’t it their job to serve the customer? That’s how the company makes $$. So they offered to give me an ice cream or my $$ back… I checked the receipt the cookies were $ 2.38 they gave me $ 2.17??? Now I’m home & I asked for ranch and they gave me habanero ranch. This place is full of rude, inconsiderate workers. Need new friendly staff!

Love the playground, everything habitually great but the biggest flaw: NO BABY CHANGING STATION! Common! Stopped coming here because my boys are toddlers and they need to be changed and its difficult !

First they don’t do the coffee good and when I come here I order a mc double they put cheese when ask for no cheese they put cheese most of all they don’t have a famliy special what happened McDonald’s?

When to drive thur and I order 2 kids meals, chicken wrap, large fries and 9 pieces cookies. When up to pay they give me dip ice cream when I didn’t not order that. They the manager repeat my order and said you have 4 piece chicken nugget chicken wrap large fries and 9 pieces cookies when I told her I order 2 kids meal and then she gave me a attitude. How you going to be manager but be rude with customers.

Just got a small coffee and while sipping it there was a piece of plastic in my cup gross!!! I could not drink it anymore.

You already know how good this place should be. It’s McDonald’s. C’mon…but recently I try to avoid this location. The last time ordered a salad. There was a freaking hair in it. I came back and all they said was ohhh. You want another one? OF COURSE I WANT ANOTHER ONE! You want me to finish the one I have with your cooks hair in it?! Not even a genuine apology or offered me like free complementary cookies or anything. Whatever doe… I called cooperate and doubt they did anything about it.

went to this mcdonalds… no soda, they’re apparently out and out of the syrup used for the coffee… seriously. like stick your stuff. What’s the point?

This review is an average of all the times I’ve been there, and mostly of last night’s drive thru experience. Almost 10 minutes for 4 McDouble’s and 2 McChicken’s and nothing more. The young lady was practically screaming at the drive-​thru, probably because the fan/​heater was so loud. Most of the time, the food and the service is on point. Last night however, the McChicken’s sucked. Don’t know what happened, but didn’t taste like chicken. Too much pink slime, not enough artificial flavoring? On the bright side, the McDoubles were freshly made, which is why the wait was so long. Overall, it’s Mickey D’s, so we’ll probably back cause it’s close.

If you get food from drive thru. Check your food before leaving the restaurant. It has happened to me 3 times and I have to go back and get the food that I paid for. Then they accuse you of lying. Ah no you messed up my order!!! Food is alright just like any other mc Donalds. Its just their accuracy that sucks! For that simple reason I don’t like going there.

I was here on Nov 30, 2014. This McDonald’s needs a good manager! The men’s restroom was dirty, urinal stained, sink dirty, and floor needs mopping. You can easily tell that this restroom has not bin cleaned in Months. Hello! Red Flag! Health Hazard here! Yet you walk out of the restroom and it smells like ammonia. They could sure use some of that in the men’s restroom. The manager (Angelica) was not friendly. Her loud obnoxious intimidating voice is one you just do not want to be near. She really is the boss at this restaurant. I would think for a manager’s position, McDonald’s should have a people friendly person. But then again l am just a customer that will not return to this McDonald’s.

Drive-​thru lines can get long. Lines inside the restaurant can get crazy: they only seem to like using one register here. Inconsistencies: with taste (saltiness of fries, soda machine), how ice cream cones are poured, amount of fries (sometimes you get a filled box of fries, other times it’s ²⁄₃ filled), friendliness/​work habits of employees… the only reason I grab food at this location is because it’s conveniently located on the corner of Mission + Ramona.
