Jack in the Box

This jack in the box is the best one around, they always get my order correct and i always get fresh fries and fresh coffee from them not burnt hard fries like i have got from other locations. i have to give them 5 stars always get treated with respect with everyone that has taken my order so far. keep up the good work guys

Standard place. I used to eat here pre-​vegan and everything was fine, I would only buy tacos. Now I just bring my friends here if they want a quick bite.

At this jack in the box there is some friendly people, but there is one specific person that should not be working there I do not know her name but she has fake eyelashes an wears glasses just for looks dumb bitch, the times I’ve gone she’s helped me through the drive thru an she’s an idiot I specifically told her no cheese an I asked for lemonade an when I get to the window she’s there an now I know why she got my order wrong she couldn’t see with those fake eyelashes when I started to eat my food there was cheese an she gave me a coke this is not the first time it has happened an its only with her she is an idiot an she needs to look alittle more professional an less make up it was layers an layers of make up on

Poor customer service, Manager (uniformed and too proud) with poor managing knowledge and skills, he probably even didn’t know the meaning of service recovery process and strategy. this manager Lis wears a mustache with a twisted tip and he looks unkept, untidy, unprofessional looking on a manager’s uniform. this Jack win the box location has worst service my family have ever been to. by the way their burger presentation there looked like rushed. buns where not in place, and the cheese is way off, half of it had melted in one side. very lousy and messy. My family loves Jack in the box for a quick morning breakfast, but because of this unusual encounter in this place in Montclair — along holt ave. we’d rather go for Mcdonalds where foods are well prepared and their staffs are well trained for customer service.

To my displease when I order one of their most expensive item on the menu, I got what I paid for… A NASTY burned burger. These guys can’t cook good anymore. Rather go to a mom & pops dinner next time. NASTY…:(

good customer service … I love this restaurant

I waited 10 minutes for two tacos and a order of nuggets. Food sat on counter for 4 minutes until I was called. I left because it was probably cold. Previous trip I ordered 12 tacos from drive thru, only got 10. The Manager had a horrible attitude when I spoke about it.

They’ve repaired all the tables but the food quality is still meh.

Nothing makes this location more special than any other.

Jack is Jack wherever you go. This one has good service, so that’s the real difference between the Boxes.

This location is very near where I work, and between my coworkers and I, someone from our work eats there pretty much every day. It’s always been alright… quick, close, and they had decent customer service, but today was different. Three of us got food from there for lunch and were eating it when I had to step out for a second. I came back and looked down as I was sitting down to notice a cockroach crawling around in my fry container (all over my food)! Oh. My. God.
We then called to complain, and they weren’t even apologetic about it. They claimed that they don’t have roaches, but it had clearly come from there. (My food was sitting in the middle of a large empty table… wouldn’t my coworkers have noticed if a roach had appeared and crawled across the table to my food?!)
I really wish that I could give a zero star rating. The least they could have done was apologize and offer to comp my food (not that I’d want anymore of their food), but no. They said that we must have roaches in our business and did nothing to fix it. Fast food doesn’t necessarily have to mean awful, but in this case, it does.

Jack in the box is my favorite and this location is no exception. The people have always been very polite and the food is always up to par. And since I am always a block away it’s a frequent stop.
