in n out is always there to save the day!!! just had left norms and dennys cuase they took over an hour to serve us a plate of bs. just miss the yellow chillies here!!! bring them back!!!

I’m currently sitting in the drive thru. Been sitting here for about 10 min now and he just barely took our order. There is one person taking orders over the speaker for both drive thru lanes. Super obvious that the other lane is going faster than ours. It’s understandable that that can happen but three cars went through ordering before we even got to the speaker. I’m not from this area, so i hope we just happened to come at a bad time. But I’m not likely to come back to this location.

I would usually day this in n out is pretty cool but for some reason the Thursday staff seems to have a problem preparing an easy order such as fries. Usually an order I get within five minutes took nearly 20 minutes even when the drive through was empty. Maybe if they weren’t so busy playing games with each other they can attend the customers at the window.

I love in n out who doesn’t right !!! And we dont mind the long line and the long wait because we know they cook your meat right there and then, but last night i had it and when i got home to eat it confortably the meat was not cook all the way it was still red and unfortunally for me i get really sick i know its not high standards next time i’ll know to ask for my meat well done.

In-n-wait…always 25 – 35 minutes. The food is good so come with patience. I’m only scoring 3 because of the long drive thru wait every single time I come.

I’ve actually never been disappointed by an In N Out before, but the food took 40 minutes (which isn’t a huge deal, I mean hey it’s a crowded place), and when I got the food it was freezing cold. I don’t mind the wait if I get good food but the food was terrible (my burger was thrown together and falling apart, bun was also soggy ewe.) and was cold to the point that it wasn’t even slightly enjoyable.

The only problem I have is the drive thru. Your car can get hit on the street. But the service is great. The food is delicious like any other in n out.

I’ve been eating at this location for the last 30+ years. Because it’s in n out and each franchise follows the same strict guidelines the food has never changed. My double double french fries chocolate shake tasted the same today at the age of 47 as it did when I was in high school at the age of 16. The food, customer service, cleanliness of the grounds and the overall experience was awesome. If you can’t check out this particular location the next time stop and grab yourself some enjoyment at one of their many other locations.

Every time I come here, my order is perfect. The food is always delicious and the service is always great. The location in south Pomona always messes up my food. Sticking to this location from now on.

Slowest service. I have been to numerous locations that are far busier then this location and around 18 min. to get my order. Mind you this was not during peak business hours and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. This will be my last visit to this location.

Worst in and out I’ve ever been to. Food is good as always but service is slow as sh! t. I’ve been waiting here for over 25 mins just for my cheese fries and still no avail. Drive thru is quick but ordering outside is just really slow service, extremely ridiculous for an in and out. Usually your food is ready in 5 mins but 25 is just crazy. A girl even messed up my change when I gave her extra money because I didn’t want change. Never ordering here again.

All i have to say is …of course they have great food but they also have great employees as well… i never had someone take my order who had an attitude or was unpleasant… only thing that sucks is the long line thats stops traffic but besides that I love this place

It’s in n out!
This in n out is solely a drive through. It’s one of the old school kind of drive throughs too. There is a worker taking your order outside. The only difference is that the worker take your order digitally and the workers inside prep your food. How fun is that?! However, I do have to mention that this in and out is very small. It is smaller than the ones most people are used to.
I always get my burgers animal style. I also suggest their animal style fries. Animal fries come with thousand island dressing, chopped onions and melted American cheese. It’s juicy, gooey and addicting.
I also love their milkshakes. The milkshakes are not as creamy as other milkshakes. And the consistently is constant. What I mean by constant is that their milkshakes do not have any added textures. It’s all one creamy consistency.

WORST IN-​N-​OUT EVER!!! My burger was literally HALF COOKED, and I ordered well done fries and they weren’t. I get that you can eat beef semi-​raw, but half the patty being pink is unexceptable!!! Also, I don’t think it’s too much to ask when you want your order done right.
Normally, I only write good reviews about places. But honestly. This just wasn’t cool.
I advise anyone to move on to the NEXT in-​n-​out than go here!!!

I’m giving 4 stars BC who doesn’t love in and out!!! Right??? But the location is painful BC most of the time create traffic… They should rent the next door and make it big so no traffic … If only that’s easy to do… Enjoy!!!

Be prepared for a long wait for great fast food.
In and out burgers are great. Got a 2×2 with grilled onions and thoroughly enjoyed it. It wasn’t too salty, and the sauce added a nice flavor too it. The chocolate milkshake I got was a bit too thick, but I was okay with that; it was delicious.

There’s no denying that In N Out has one of the best burgers, fries, milkshakes on the west coast. All items on their menu are fresh and made after you order. Don’t forget the extra side sauce. It compliments every bite.
For this particular location there are two drive through windows, one walk up window, and a couple outdoor seating tables. It is located on Indian Hill Blvd that can be a busy street because it is right next to the freeway and there are only two driving lanes. The In N Out drive through line usually comes out and blocks one of the streets. For being such a popular eatery the lanes of the drive through are too short.
I think I would eat at this location more often if they built an indoor seating area. This could also help with the congestion of traffic and accommodate those who just want a solid burger with fries.

This is a convenient In n out location in so many aspects. Located right off of Indian hill right by the busy 20 freeway. It is built for the busy bee employees stopping by for lunch. With a drive through and what I call a walk through, you can quickly order your lunch and be on your way in minutes. They also have outdoor benches for the customers that want to eat really fast before hitting the road.
We went as a large group, and all of our orders were right and everything was ready in a flash. I really recommend this In n out location.
