Have gone 4 times and every time I go I have a problem. Check your bag before you leave. They will miss putting something in or just get it wrong. I’ve also ordered small two piece meal that would be a thigh and leg get home it’s two drumsticks and sides are wrong. Also I ordered large family meal with no wings in the box just extra drumsticks. If you want butter honey or hot sauce ask and then double check. Hope they improve.

Foreals! So I went here on a Thursday night ordered myself a platter with a side of fries and mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. As to me it looked slow at the moment, maybe one customer was inside while I was in drive through. I read the reviews, some were mix. Long story short, they forgot my mashed potatoes, didn’t notice I was half way onto reaching my destination. I was like foreals. The price did spike up. But that wasn’t my concern; it was forgetting some item. I had issues with this Popeyes before but it didn’t bother me much until they messed up again. The other time was my when I order spicy and Popeyes gave me regular. Like what the heck. Popeyes disappointed me again, I remember when it used to be on holt, but pretty sure it’s the same owner who open one here and close the holt location, it was ghetto.

I love Popeye’s so much but the service here is seriously making me start to hate it. The first few months were ok. There was this girl who would work in the afternoon –evening and she was really nice. I started going a lil later towards dinner time and that’s when the rude asses came to work. My horrible encounter was at the drive thru(I wish I could remember the employees name) but I can tell you, once you read this, you will know who she is. She was so freaking rude. We pull up to the drive thru and she said«what do you want to order?» The hell? So my bf starts ordering and she’s like«what else?» «That it?» Finally he says yes and thank you and she doesnt say anything back. So me being feisty, I yell«THANKYOU!» and she finally response. We get to the window and she just stares at my bf waiting for payment. Umm do you want to tell us how much it is first maybe?! So then he gives her the card, he asks for ketchup and she had the FREAKING nerve to put her hand in his face to say«wait» umm no snitch that was the straw! If it wouldn’t have been for my bf telling me to let it go, I would’ve ended up on the news lol i called and left a review but it didn’t matter bc I saw her again with the same attitude. Shame. Today, I went again and same problem, different person. Her wonderful name started with an A. I love how you can feel this rudeness and attitude off them. And if you cant, I promise you, you can see it in their faces. Nora was really nice. She smiled and had a wonderful personality. I feel bad for her working with these type of workers. This is definitely a management issue but by the reviews, they probably don’t care. Anyways, don’t come here. Go to the one on mountain. It’s farther but they’re nicer. Everytime I come here, the order is wrong and I promise I don’t get anything crazy. I get two Tuesdays specials with Mac n cheese, I end up with coleslaw. *Sigh*

I love popeyes! Glad that this location had a drive through because I had my puppy with me. I ordered a 16 piece with 3 large sides for my family. Food was really good, no complaints there. Service was pretty fast and I asked for all sorts of condiments including the Cajun sparkle.

We usually come here for our spicy fried chicken kick, on Tuesdays. On Tuesdays they have a 2 piece special for $ 1.29. Typically if you get a 3 piece combo with 2 sides and a drink it’ll cost $ 10. Anyway this time I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 orders of the Tuesday 2 pc special and a side of Cajun rice, and a small order of Cajun fries. I paid, and we drove off. When we got home I realized the Cajun fries were not in the bag, so I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. Since I don’t live too far, I decided to drive back because I noticed on my receipt I did in fact pay $ 2.49 for those fries. I pull up to the drive through and I mentioned to the girl that I didn’t get my fries, and I also mentioned since I was there I wanted to order 2 cherry crème pies. Well she remembered me from earlier and she realized I did not get my fries, she was nice enough to say she would not charge me for the 2 pies. I think I was not so upset cause she gave me the fries and free pies although I felt inconvenienced. The girl who assisted me made my bad experience a better experience. I will definitely be back.

WOW! I usually think of 1 star reviews as resulting from some sort of special or unusual customer service experience. But this was just a regular order through the drive through where nothing went«wrong». The woman that manning the drive though was SOOOOOOO rude, I’m giving this one star. The specifics of a rude attitude is something that can be hard to put into words, but we all know it when we see it. So take my word on it when I say her rudeness was in overdrive. Beyond the rudeness she did something I found very concerning. She took my credit card at the start of the transaction. After she ran it she kept my card in her hand and didn’t return it until after she gave me my order. This included a few moments when she walked away from the window. Very sketchy.

Arrived just before 10:00 pm last night and went to the drive thru since the dining room was closed, which is strange since it’s supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. I notice the car in front of me left without getting anything. Hmm… As I try to order I can hear the cashier laughing and talking over the intercom and obviously not paying attention to anything except their conversation So I’m not surprised when she asks me to repeat myself several times. The cashier was way more interested in the conversation she had going than taking orders. Then she tells me they’re out of chicken and I’ll have to wait 9 minutes for the mild chicken, longer for spicy chicken. I agree to wait and I pay for my order and pull around to wait. It was almost 20 minutes before I got my order. They only serve chicken, which leaves me to wonder how they could run out, but maybe they had a rush who knows. After reading other reviews it looks like this is a common occurrence at this store. Based on what I saw I would say this store is probably mismanaged I wonder how much business they lose by not having anything to sell. I like the food but wouldn’t recommend this place

CHECKYOURORDERBEFOREYOULEAVE! First visit about 3 months ago they forgot my biscuits, sauce, and gave me original strips instead of spicy. Today, they forgot the red beans and rice, ketchup, sauce, and fries! Just check your order before you drive or walk away. Mistakes happen but after examining all the reviews ordering seems to be a problem here.

Came in and no one waiting in line but it took a minute and half before someone ask for my order. 3 ladies standing at the counter, chatting including their manager(Nancy). I was just standing there, looking at the 3 of them continue talking. What a «great» customer service. right? Wow… if im not craving for popeyes today, ill just go for KFC instead. The manager should have to learn that customer comes first before their personal conversation. =/

I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant with such a lack of basic logic ever before in my life. The food was what we were expecting which is the only reason this review has 2 stars instead of 1. We ordered via drive-thru and ordered 3 different platters for 3 different people. The part that continues to baffle me is the lack of respect and knowledge the employee seemed to work with. Because we ordered 3 platters, we had 3 drinks and we also ordered ranch, sweet heat, and bbq sauce. Now I understand that it’s on me for not double checking my order after receiving it but because the worker had crammed 3 different platters into one small bag, there was barely any space to navigate looking through the bag to see if our orders had been satisfied. Now usually, making sure you have your complete order is the main priority, and it seems to have been in this case. However, once we arrived home to consume this meal, we found that the worker had only given us ONE straw for our three drinks, ONE ranch, ONE sweet heat, and ONE bbq sauce for all of our three orders. Even more infuriating is the fact that there was only ONE spork in the bag to accommodate the 6 sides that we had in total for our 3 platters of food. This review isn’t made to bash the overall chain of Popeyes but is rather written to criticize the work ethic of the rude woman working the drive-thru area of this particular Popeyes location. I really hope something is done to address this issue or this location will continue receiving bad Unilocal reviews.

Very disappointing visit. Me and the squad were craving some good fried chicken when we saw their commercial for the ghost pepper wings so we decided to try em out. We got the ghost pepper wings, and a 12 piece family meal. The ghost pepper wings were weak! No spice to them whatsoever, very little meat. It was even ratio of chicken to batter. The fried chicken was dry. The mashed potatoes were skimpy on the gravy. They didnt even give honey for the biscuits even when they asked, and we told them extra. Everything was also room temperature. Im a fan of popeyes, but they let me down with this visit.

We ordered a family meal 8 pieces with a large side order of cole slaw and another side: small order of Cajun fries. We paid, and double checked to find out we did not have our large cole slaw. We wait for the cashier to come back to the drive thru. She says she only charged us for the large side. What was this large side? Mashed potatoes. We then show her our receipt and she asks to see our order. I promise you, we did not order mashed potatoes, lady. If my love for Popeyes was not that strong, I would be severely pissed. On the plus side: Sunday night – empty drive thru. Then again, there’s probably a reason it was a little bit empty. If employees are too tired to get orders correct…
