We ordered. Special our food never arrived. Come to find out the cook forgot. Pizza is ok and that’s it. Just like djorno just ok.

Any business that tells a homeless man to leave after paying for his own pizza deserves a shitty review. I would suggest getting little Ceasars at this point.

Opened 15 minutes late, their liquor license is on hold, it’s freezing — actually warmer outside. However, you can’t beat a large one topping pizza for $ 5 and it was Delicious. Lots of cheese & flavorful crust. I’m coming back next Tuesday.

I have been coming to this spot for years.
When they first opened up it was a lot different than it is now.
The pizza is just ok. Really nothing impressive. The food all around is really not impressive.
This is just your local pizza joint.
Now they have changed their entire décor. It does look much nicer now.
The prices are excellent.
If you’re looking for a spot to just chill, have a few beers and watch sports I would definitely recommend it.

We moved to Montclair at the paseos right across the street back in may and we’ve decided to try this pizza place because the reviews were awesome. We decided to do a carry out order. We ordered a MEAT LOVERS PIZZA, JALAPEÑO POPPERS, WEDGES, WINGS, AND THEIR CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD.
Let’s start with the fact that the staff is amazing. And very friendly.
Only couple of bad things: we thought it would only take 15 minutes for our food (because that’s what we were told) but I believe we waited about maybe 45 minutes. Kind of a long time for a grab and go.
The fries were undercooked and soft. It was fine because we just toasted them in our over for a bit.
The pizza was AMAZING!
Ceasar salad was really good as well. I ate the whole thing by myself lol.
Wings are very flavorful and the poppers are great as well!
I do also like the fact that the friendly staff did offer us free soda for the wait.
I do recommend going here just be prepared for a bit of a wait for yummy food.
I can honestly say we will definitely come here again. We’ll probably will just order ahead to lessen the wait time.

I checked out this place out because I came across a flyer and it looked pretty good. I also read a couple of the reviews on this fine site and figured lets do it. I’d really been craving some pizza. Well let me tell you, I definitely would not write home about this pizza. It was mediocre at best. A bit on the greasy side.
If I had to come up with a plus about the place is that it has a few different beers on tap (the basics). Aside from that as far as I’m concerned I’d take a pass on this place in the future.

Love this pizza parlor… their pizza is great and the environment like any other. Family oriented, awsome for any event. Places like these are rare to find… takes me back to my childhood!

the personal pan pizza was normal and coast 10. w/​two additional toppings and a small drink. my pizza was to go and it took forever for them to serv me. all they can say is «sorry things got a little crazy»
they didn’t even try to accommodate me? kids were running all over the place hitting your table and making me VERY uncomfortable. they’re never getting my business again. ill stick to pieology

Can I just start off by saying yummmmm! The pizza is really good, no doubt about that.
My husband and I just moved across the street to the Paseos so we walked in with the thought, «is this going to be our regular, go to pizza spot?» Well, the answer is, maybe.
We really liked the food (BBQ pizza and meatlovers pizza, both good) but other than the girl who rang us up (she was super sweet) everyone else didn’t even try to crack a smile. The place is really homey and feels like a family friendly, get to know the person at your right, type of place. Although, I didn’t get the same feel from all the employees. I’m hoping the next time we go, I’m proven wrong! :)
All around customer service may not be important to the guy/​gal just wanting to stop in and grab a delicious bite to eat. However, I find that I enjoy my sit down meals 10x more when the service is just as top notch as the food!

Rocco’s Pizza is getting more Craft friendly and better beer food. People friendly and is turning more to bistro type.

I moved to Montclair about a year ago from the Covina area where I was used to multiple delicious pizza spots. I was so unhappy with the burnt pizza I was getting closer to my house that I settled for chain-​pizza more than I was comfortable with.
THANK GOD I FOUND ROCCO’S! I happened to be driving north on Monte Vista and needed to turn right on Moreno… and there it was! I had to try it. Ever since then, whenever my boyfriend and I decide on pizza we both know exactly where we’re getting it from.
Everything is reasonably priced and always ready in 15 – 20 minutes for pick-​up. While I’ve never sat down to eat there, I thought I’d share about the inside. The place is totally clean. No crumbs all over the tables or counters. There is plenty of seating inside with typical pizza spot games. They have a variety of beers on tap which includes a few «craft”-ier beers. The space for seating outside is also something I think is nice about this place considering you can have get-​togethers inside or outside comfortably.
If you are in the area visiting or live in the area, Rocco’s is the place to go for pizza that is high on quality and affordable on price.

I’m in love with the pizza sauce and Dough.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. love it haha. I would recommend it to any one.

Great food at a great price. We have lived in Montclair for over 10 years and never tried this place, shame on us. The staff are very friendly and the pizza is top quality. Our new «go to spot» for Friday night family time. Try the jalapeño poppers, they kick ass!

We moved to the Paseo last November and we were so delighted to come across this pizza place. Since our first order in November, we been hooked!!! Great family oriented customer service and the food by far is absolutely yummy!!! We order at least one pizza per week. One of our favorites is sliced tomatoes along with mushrooms and sausages. Great pricing and amazing food!!!

The food here is great and the prices are even better. Great place to hang out with family and friends. The staff is very friendly. I’ve been here about 5 times this month and keep on planning to come.

I’ve passed by this place countless times and it honestly didn’t look too appealing. I looked on Unilocal and read all the great reviews so I decided to try it tonight. Well I called for the specials and I was offered a large 1 topping pizza, 6 buffalo wings and potato wedges for $ 14.99, so I picked up my order brought it home and surprisingly it was better than I expected! All the food for about $ 16 and it tastes great! I’m glad I finally tried Rocco’s. I’ll be back again.

Stopped here three times since moving to Montclair. The first night we moved in we felt pretty lost in the city and the staff was friendly. I think they were about to close but didn’t mind, they really won our business for years to come. The large pizza, 6 wings & wedges deal is really good & price is $ 15. The pizza has a mom & pop taste that the big guys can’t recreate. The wings are good and I believe they are fried then sauced, the wedge top it off and sometimes wish they offered these as chili cheese fries (haven’t check if they have it). Looking forward to Super Bowl to drop some serious cheese on food here.

Holy fuck everything is tasty as hell here! Pastrami is good! Chicken Parmesan is good! Chicken Wings are good! Pizza is great! Absolutely one of my favorite spots in Montclair! Forget any other Pizza place in the are and come to Rocco!

Nope! Came again over the weekend and had the garlic parmesan and sweet spicy chicken wings… heavenly.
