This man is probably one of the most fabulous human beings that works for this company. If you’re a reading this, and you work for Sephora management– you should quit immediately and allow Gabriel to take over your position. Yes, he’s that good.
He’s kind, knowledgable, helpful and will literally do whatever he’s able to to make sure the customer finds what they need.

Like all the other reviews on this Unilocal I have felt discriminated I also felt like they did not have the time to help me or answer any of my questions throughout the whole time that I was there I feel like I had to look for them. Just to explain certain product or makeup questions and to think that I was about to spend $ 500 at this store they really need to get people who want to work and enjoy their job. It should be the other way around, them chasing customers, not the customer chasing them, as if they were making me a favor to be there. I can go to any other Sephora I just chose them because they were local, never again will I be coming back here!

I was treated like shit! Look at my reviews I typically write them to praise. But WOW!!! Apparently she had somewhere to be that she couldn’t take 5 mins to help me when she was just STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING. Worst holiday experience yet.

Decided to give Sephora another try different location, had a bad experience at the Victoria Gardens location, so my daughter tells me that the store at the Montclair Plaza was a lot more friendlier, and she was so right! The ladies at this location are awesome!!! Their customer service skills are amazing, they really know how to make a customer feel welcomed and there is always someone available to help you out. I have already recommended them to a few people. Although this store is a bit out of my way, I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer.

I usually go to another store to get my shampoo and conditioner, but today since I was at the mall I decided to try this store. Wow it was crowded and it was the first time I have seen so many guys in a cosmetic store. Hilarious.
The girl at the cash register was really nice and what a trooper for being in such great spirits despite battling a cold.

I came into this Sephora location on Wednesday with my mom and sister. It was my second time coming into a makeup store for more than an hour. I have no knowledge on makeup whatsoever. My mom has knowledge but because she is unable to see anymore, she cannot do makeup on her own. Being the oldest child, I feel maybe I should learn to do makeup just so my mom can look her best when she feels insecure.
We were kindly greeted. We had a consultation with one of the MUA, Lacey. I want to do this review because the Sephora location in Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga had bad customer service. My sister and I came in, was not greeted neither helped in the services we needed. Anyways, Lacey was beyond incredible and genuinely nice. She was patient, helpful in all the areas I needed help in, questions were thoroughly answers, recommended some great products to my mom, and etc. I left the store somewhat excited to start learning more about makeup (so expensive lol!). I left the store relieved because of the experience my mom and I had. Anyways, those of you who has no knowledge on makeup I highly suggest coming to this location and asking for Lacey. The best consult EVER!

I am Assuming it really does depend on what time you go during the day, I felt a little bit discriminated when I entered here. Being Vib rouge I would assume they would treat customers like me much nicer /​actually help me out with the products I needed. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me and the store was empty! Kind of really crappy quality of service here. They were all next to the beauty bar talking and it was really unprofessional for them to do so. I love sephora but having super crappy service is something that would stop me from going to this specific sephora.

The girls in the store were very helpful. They helped my mom pick out concealer and foundation and I also saw them help lots of other girls in the store. They were knowledgeable about applying make up and also the products in the store. The cashier was nice and also very helpful. The store was clean and organized and had everything I was looking for.

I’m usually disappointed with every store in the Montclair Plaza because of how small and unorganized they are but I actually like this Sephora. The employees are really friendly and helpful compared to most Sephoras I have been to. They actually try to help you out here and don’t mind giving out as much free samples as you need/​want. Had a great time. I am not a makeup person, I have always been intimidated by it. I have an idea what my skin type is but I have no idea for sure. The ladies at Sephora just confirmed what I already knew. Everyone we talked to were super helpful and very friendly.
Overall, Alta from Becca was BEYOND helpful. She made me comfortable. She talked through everything she did so I could do it again. My friend and I went because we needed foundations but walked out with way more. We told Alta that we were going to a wedding that day and she pretty much did our base. We only went home to do eyes and lips and we were done! Anyway, Alta is absolutely wonderful. I loveeee the Becca products. I will definitely be coming back. I am not from the area but I will be coming back to this one when I am in town. (:
