I just had such a bad experience at this place that I had to come here and rag on it. I wouldn’t usually review a chain place like this, but it was just awful.
I came for lunch today with the secondary objective of getting codes for a promotion that are supposed to be on cups, wrappers, and bags of Sunchips. I ordered my sub, paid for it, and asked where the codes were. They didn’t give them to me, even though they had posters up all over the store. After ten minutes of explaining what I wanted, they took cups they had hidden in the back out and gave me one. So I didn’t get the code from the sub I paid for or the chips I paid for.
So I though, eh, what the hell, at least I got food. Little did I know… The iced tea I filled my cup with wasn’t just not iced, it was actually warm. I didn’t make any mistake and get warm tea or something, their machines are just damaged. My sub was alright for the first few bites, but after that it made me a bit nauseous. Even though I paid for them, I wasn’t given Sunchips.
This place is terrible. I wouldn’t come back, even for a promo. They could be giving away yachts, and I’d drive to the one in Verona or something.
