Wetzel’s Pretzels

I was at this location on 5/14/2016.I walked in and saw that all the the employee’s were hispanic and they was talking to each other in spanish so i smiled and said Hola that means hello in spanish. They turned around and saw that i didn’t look like i was from their race and they all ignored me they didn’t say hola or hello. Their attitudes made me fell like i should not be speaking spanish to them if i was not from their race. They had no idea what my nationality is unless they assumed what it is based on my skin color. There are many other nationalities that speak spanish that don’t look like them. Cubans, Dominicans, Panamanians and many others. When you are at work and you are speaking a foreign language you should not get offended if your customers speaks to you in the foreign language that you are speaking in. I stood there for a few second while they decided who was going to help the American customer WOW unbelievable this is the Montclair Mall in California. These girl are rude and had a la raza attitude. I will not spend my hard earned money at any Wetzel’s Pretzels ever again. These girls need to learn that if a business don’t have customers then they don’t have a job so they need to be respectful and greet their customers when they walk into their store. Management train your employees to say hello welcome to Wetzel’s Pretzels when customers walk into your store to spend their hard earned money. Thanks customer service is everything.

Always a delicious treat no matter what the season. Always fresh and always filling. And to top it off there are 2 locations in the mall so you are always close to one!!! Pretzels for the masses!

Came with Sam to Carlton Hair and thought we’d get a pretzel and cinnamon bites before her haircut. Found hair in the cinnamon bites. We took it to the guy at the register and he said… oh thats just from our brush. As though this was acceptable, he said sorry and walked away from us.
