While driving home from Joplin, Mo to Atlanta, Ga today my trucks low oil pressure light came on. I made a call to them for a delivery of oil. They had it to me within 15 min, which is a super quick response and the price was fair. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks again! Brent

Driving back to Chicago from Key West, we had a blow-​out in our RV at about 5 a.m. (on a SUNDAY no less). Luckily, we were able to drive to the next exit, which happened to have a mechanic a couple blocks away.
Although this mechanic is a 24 hr. emergency repair, we decided to wait at the nearest truck stop until a decent time to call since it wasn’t an «emergency» emergency (so to speak).
When we pulled in at 8 a.m., we were greeted by John. John is a handsome fella and very polite. He really sympathized with our situation and asked the man before us if it would be okay to assist us first. The man obliged (thank you).
Now, going back to yesterday, we had a blow out on the OTHER side of the RV. When that fella helped us, he asked if we wanted to buy another spare and wanted to charge us almost $ 300 for a USED one. He was outrageously expensive and I feel he was taking total advantage!
Luckily John had the tire we needed and we did decide to get a NEW spare in addition to replacing the flat one on the RV. I didn’t even bother asking how much it would cost. We DO need one after all.
John, my husband and I had small conversions while he worked on our RV. He told us some funny stories of situations they had at work and kept us entertained. When all was done, I prayed and prayed that this wasn’t going to cost me a small fortune. To my complete and utter surprise, the cost was extremely low and I was so happy and relived! I tipped John and he was very grateful!
John, if you ever read this… I thank you… Thank you… THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
