I have a patient who is seeing this doctor and they don’t answer the phone or have voicemail. I’ve never had this happen before. How do patients follow up with this doctor…

Do not call or go stay away, just give them a call and you will see as soon as they answer the phone it sounds like they are picking up there house phone

This is the most disgusting Doctor’s office I have ever been to. My first visit was 2 weeks ago, upon arrival they asked me to step onto an office & wait for the doctor. The office was disgusting, food crumbs on the floor, graffiti on the protective paper that covered the patience bedding area, dirt on the wall ECT ECT… The doctor asked me if I wanted a blood test, I told him if felt I needed it, (I was in for a broken toe). When I checked out with the receptionist (his wife) she asked me why I needed a blood test, she then told me she needed a reason & asked if my family has a history of high blood pressure or anything else? I said no, she said we need a reason to do the blood test. My point is all they are after is making money from the insurance company.
On my second visit a week later, the protective cover on the patient bedding area was the same piece of paper with the same graffiti only this time it appeared someone had lunch on it. I don’t know how this place can operate as a doctor’s office. The building should be condemned
My second complaint, the speak little to no English! I did not understand most of what they told me, very poor communication. I don’t understand how a doctor can speak little or no English & be able to practice medicine in the US.
My 3^rd complaint is they have absolutely no computers in the entire building, the place is ancient. They still use an old fashion type writer & zerox machine. The filing room is the surrounding walls of the main office & it looks like a filing room straight out of 1947. The place should be closed, this Dr should not be practicing medicine.
Hre I am three weeks & 3 visits later & the doctor has not even so much as looked at my broken toe. It seems to have healed itself. It seems are after is insurane money. If this place were to be inspected by which ever agency monitors doctors I am sure they would clode them down.
