I called yesterday to make an appointment to get a regular physical. The front desk just said to walk in the next day after 2pm because it’s usually slow after 2pm. I showed up at 2pm and took about half hour to fill out my paper work. It was 3:45pm that I then finally decided to ask what time I will see the doctor. She said there was still 3 patients in front if me! If you have a busy schedule like myself, I would NOT recommend coming to this facility!!! Waste of my time!

Dr. Hernandez has been my doctor for more than ten years and I wish more doctors were like him. Sometimes he is painfully honest which the other rater may view as sarcastic, but sometimes the truth hurts. He will take the time to listen to one’s concerns and prescribes what is best for the patient. The thing that makes Dr. Hernandez a great doctor is the fact he is a man of Faith and and can be trusted to provide the best care possible for his patients, even if one has to wait. Use the waiting time to prepare what you want to discuss with him because his time is valuable or perhaps read the health magazines he provides in the office.

Had him as a doctor many many years ago — which tells you something right there. He’s definitely NOT the greatest dr. He’s very sarcastic — almost mean and does not know what he’s talking about! On several different occasions I’ve experienced him being wrong about my diagnosis. I’ve had a throat problem since I was about 1415 years old. I knew the best thing was to get rid of my tonsils, however, he replied«Nothing is wrong, but here, take these antibiotics!» I took them… yeah, stilll having problems at age 22. I went to an ear, nose and throat specialist recently and they told me it’s my tonsils… gotta get them removed. Duhhh! I’ve known that for years! Could’ve easily been taken care of 7 years ago! Also, another thing… when I fractured my ankle in high school I went to him and he looked at the x-rays I took and replied, «Wellll, it depends on how you look at it» [on it being broken/fractured]. What the heck does that mean??? It’s either fractured or not! And obviously I could not walk/put pressure on it /it was swollen and bruised up which meansssssss it’s fractured. Aside from that, the wait to get in and see him ranges. I’d say about a good hour if not more. The staff are fairly nice. It’s just him I didn’t like. I wouldn’t recommend him at all!
