Del Taco

I got an email from Del Taco telling me about their new «Del Taco.»
So I went in to try it. I couldn’t tell any difference from their old del taco, but I liked it.
It’s only $ 1.62 including tax. And you get one free when you buy one with their email coupon.
But they have an even better deal, Taco Tuesday. Three «value» tacos for only $ 1.29 from 3 PM to 11PM. I suppose the value tacos are their older smaller tacos.

False advertisement will over charge you
Their drive tru sign indicate quesadilla .79 $ each
So I order 2 and they charge me 4.98 $ for it told the cashier they need to change the price on the sign all I got was the manager has to change it no apology
Last time I’ll ever come back to this place

Quick fast food place. Tacos, burrito, burgers and best of all are the fries! Always hot and fresh. The burritos are huge to considering this is fast food.

Great Service! I pre-​ordered a large order for a school function and the order was ready at the designated time. So convenient and hassle free.

Meh.
They’re now pre-​mixing the iced coffee.
Too much sugar content now.
I can’t have it like that.
Aw well. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Food is way better the Taco bell! The prices are not bad and the service is great. But of course you have those people who always complain about nonsense. Love this place!

Wow, this is unbelievable, practically everything we ordered was made terribly wrong. This girls attitude was really bad. I just wish i new hers and the cooks schedule so i wont show up those days. I like going with my family. I just hate getting home late from a hard days work, picking up Family and going to Del Taco and having to experience such a real bad dinner. I dont wish anything bad on these employees but their attitude leaves such a bad impression on me that i really think the should not work there if they dont like it there. It shows. Food was just bad tonight.

i come here all the time. its a horrible location, i tryed to use the bathroom i got talked down by a employee why do you wanna use the bathroom? me i have to go bad well im sorry go in that trash can over their i said to the guy fuck you dude im going to tell the manager they laugh at me. oh there’s this idiot who wrks from 10;00pm untill 4;30am he saids wel come to del taco how kind i help you. in a funny voice like a smart jack ass. that he is wow he always i mean always got. the orders wrong everytime i go.

Whenever I have the munchies I always come over here with my wife. Sometimes you just have to be really really slow when ordering because the staff has a habit of not getting all of your food done right but the food is really delicious. Definitely a good place to go whenever you have the midnight munchies and the food is always warm and hot especially on nights when it’s cold definitely love this place!

Aside from not cooking my quesadilla at all or cutting it or filling it the man working the late shift clearly either has a sick sense of humor or doesn’t speak fluent english. I said mild sauce I get home its the hottest, I ask for sour cream he gives me something that’s close to blue cheese dressing! Wtf this isn’t cool. Who wants to drive back to del taco after they get home to ask for their simple order and i mean very very simple order done over? Not me. I don’t care that this cost $ 3.83 I and anyone paying for food they order deserve the best that company can deliver. At all hours of the night period. I didn’t even get to eat I threw it away. I hope this person gets corrected and stops wasting people’s time and gets it together. If you are going to work preparing food at least understand what you’re making. Pass this place people, jack n the box is also open 24 hours right down the street and this never happens there.

VERY disappointed in customer service. I waited 15 mins to pay. When I get to the window, the employee asked to verify my order. When I said he had it incorrect, he rudely asked what I ordered. I then asked if my food was on the counter. He then said rudely said my order was lost. He proceeded to tell me life has unexpected events, insinuating waiting 15 mins for my food was no big deal. He was so rude that I rescinded my money and drove away. NEVER once did he apologize for the delay or for losing my order. Awful customer service.

Good food affordable but no one smiles or even act like working hard or fast. It takes 15 minute to get your order !!

Decent Del Taco location. It’s right down the street from me and aside from having a couple issues with missing food and a time when they couldn’t take credit cards because their system went down, the employees here are pretty quick on filling orders. Only thing that bugs me is their drive through menu is positioned weird and it’s hard to see if you have less than perfect vision. I wanted breakfast today and I had to tell the drive through cashier I needed to go inside to order because I couldn’t see the menu.

Normally I like del taco and i used to get it all the time, but I had an extremely offensive experience last night (6÷4÷15). I had come to order a simple chicken burrito meal around midnight. When I went to pay in the drive thru I had handed the worker (male) my debit card, he had said very loudly «this isnt a f*cking bank» as he went to go ring me up. He also proceeded to continually make jokes about my ethnicity by making comments about yugioh (im asian) and others I wont mention here. Now I don’t put this on del taco as a whole, however this location will no longer be receiving customers from anyone I know. I will make sure to share this experience to everyone i know and urge them to no longer go to this del taco.

Straight and to the point…
11pm drive thru run, got to the window to pay and my husband and I hear someone singing aloud:
«I’m in love with the coco»
«I’m getting a blo*job tonight» might I add
«someone is sucking my d**k».
Mind you, our daughter was in the backseat, who was luckily asleep from the car ride. The whole time we were trying to figure out if it was some lunatic customer in the dining area but it turns out IT WAS THE GUY MAKING OUR FOOD!!! The guy who took our order was just laughing the ENTIRE time, I’m pretty sure he was high out of his mind but at the very LEAST keep it together.
Already hesitant to eat my food, I open my fish tacos to find that our «cook» decided to concoct his own version of a fish taco… one tortilla, lettuce-​not cabbage, and no limes. We also asked for EXTRA limes, and yea they messed that up too. I don’t want to sound like an uptight bit*h but C’MON!!!
It’s a 24hr Del Taco, don’t act like it’s closing time when the location NEVER closes.

I love del taco. Its fast cheap and consistent. I get about 6 regular soft tacos and go to town. The hashbrowns in the morning are good too. They have crinkle cut fries too. Always solid

My wife and I went to Del Taco to get a evering snack I told my wife I wants to try their new Fresca bowl that came out a month ago. I got the Pollo Asado and my wife got the Southwest bowl. Both Bowl Were very good including. The both bowl were so good.

I sent the corporate office a letter about «COLD FOOD» No tase and the drive through is the $hits come on fast food is not that hard!
I would never eat there again I ordered a #9 it was made for a child I wasted $ 7.56

Typical fast food place. My order came out promptly. Service was hardly needed since I ordered to go. I had coupons from the mail so that was a plus. The woman taking my order was a little blunt with her responses and unpolished, no smile. Had I not reminded them of the remaining items from my order they would have let me walk out without them.
Food was about the same as Taco Bell, except that they have burgers unlike TB. The burgers are pretty good, though the double bacon cheeseburger was a little small, just shy of a Big-​Mac. Quesadillas are actually pretty good, like I’d make them at home and they’re pretty big. The chilli cheese fries were forgettable. My crunchy turkey tacos came with 2 shells each, not sure if that was a mistake or that’s the way DT serves their tacos, since it’s only my 2^nd time there. They were tasty, good stoner food I guess. I wouldn’t know.
— Weird parking lot, but it’s there.
— Clean dining area, at least at 9pm.
— Food was quick to the counter.
— Price is okay, slightly more expensive than Taco Hell.
Can’t say anything about the bathrooms, I didn’t go in there.
