Worst Taco Bell ever! Never going there again I give this no stars but doesn’t let me.

Not good service they pay more attention to the drive throw then they do with customers that order in side they should have on part open in the kitchen for drive throw the other for customers inside I was their for more then 45 min and I was not happy they didn’t even smile and say hi welcome to taco bell how can I help u that’s how they need to do it but no one did that I will not be coming back no more.

I was the only customer there and it was noon time, hmm, as I stood at the counter the 2 servers never greeted me, I had to start the conversation.
I asked for a gift card, 1 girl started looking for the cards,
then the 2^nd, 5 minutes later everybody was looking for it. After 5 – 6 minutes I walked out, horrible customer service.
As the face of Taco Bell these girls look terrible 1 girl had work shirt on that was dirty and hair was a mess, best description «disheveled» no wonder the place was empty. Much improvement needed here, maybe Management could implement a standard code of common curtesy and appearance.

I can not believe I’ve been waiting over 30 mins for a darn taco! This place is sh**!!!
I ended up waiting 45 mins! And when I got home my order was missing nachos! Don’t ever go here

Worse service ever, we wait for 45mins, and no that good food! A place to not come back any more;(

A lady with glasses charged me a regular priced Starburst Cherry Freeze when it was happier hour. Shes lucky I threw away my receipt #angry

Now there really should be negative stars for this place for reals! I will never come to this Taco Bell again ever! They screw you thru the drive thru here for sure! They forgot 6 burritos almost my entire order! There drive thru needs to come with a warning sign check your order and you maybe in this drive thru for over 30 mins! Go to Del Taco or try other Taco Bells! Complaining to corporate on this place, it’s a joke of a fast food establishment they blame the speaker for there errors don’t mind the receipt where you paid for all your items! Don’t they know how to read!

So slow food is bad and everyone working here duck’s there’s one good girl that works here and shows some hustle everything else sucks

If you’re constipated and need a good stomach cleansing come eat here. You will be shitting hershey squirts all day and nite

This place sucks!!! took me 30 min to get my order and only 2 cars in front of me. Get home and my order was wrong. Never will I go to this Taco Bell again !!

Worst tacobell I have ever been to hands down… and I have been to some dumps… first of all the place smells like a hobos crotch cheese… I could probably get better service in Guantanamo bay… and the number one thing why this place sucks… is their stupid frozen drink machine is always not working… I mean why advertise the damn drinks if they are never available??? Stay away from this place. Disgusting in the worst way. If I had 3 thumbs all those suckers would be pointing straight down.

This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to receive our food. The place was almost completely empty too and there were 5 workers behind the counter.

Can’t get my order right!
Order taker was mad because she couldn’t hear us through the speaker. Continued to give us an attitude and a hard time. Wouldn’t add chicken instead of beef after being told twice. Gave use a cantina burrito instead of cantina bowl and didn’t give us the right sauces even though she asked. I feel like the cashier was trying to be rude. Receipt says it was: Sherley C.
Food was fine but the service was irritating.

People you want to be high maintenance and treated like a queen/​king why would you step into Taco Bell or any other fast food place??? Get your booty to Cheese Cake Factory or some other fancy place were exceptional service is expected. I’ve seen how some of the customers treat the employees and if I got treated like that you bet your booty the service I gave will not be 5 stars. Word of advice be kind, and the service you receive will always be the best in the west.
It’s a fast food restaurant, FAST FOOD. Anyways, now to my review. The service is not bad at all. We always get good customer service, and the employees always have a smile on their face. Our order is always correct and we have never EVER had an issue. We always go late in the afternoon and it’s never full. The crunchy chalupa is the bomb!
I gave it three stars because the food is bomb, the service is good, and we have never had an issue. It does not get five stars because I am not a fan of the stomach problems I get after. If you’ve had Taco Bell before you know what I mean by stomach problems. –_–

Thr worst customer service ever. And the manager took my money then forgot my order. The owner was just as unhelpful. Food tasted nasty

Decided to stop here while waiting for my dog to get groomed down the street (Mr. Bulldogs) aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand… I had a bad time.
The food was cold.
Only one of the servers actually LOOKED me in the eye.
Also, I counted, and 3 employees actually yawned without trying to cover it up.
Just fucking yawned. In my face.
To top it all off I went to the counter to ask for a water cup…
every single employee saw me standing there and looked directly in to my eyes and gave a half-​assed smile… but NO ONE asked if I needed help.
I was so pissed off I decided to keep standing there.
Smiling politely and looking around for assistance… but, to no avail.
If you’re looking for good warm food… DON’T come here.
If shitty customer service makes you twinge… DON’T. COME. HERE.
OH! And to top it off, when I was trying to make a second order…
(cuz the first burrito was cold) I had to WAIT… while another employee (obviously not on the clock because she was in regular clothes) was talking over the counter to an on-​duty employee about scheduling.
They had the papers out and everything.
Fucking ridiculous.
But, what more am I to expect from a fast-​food chain???

Was not happy with the customer service at all. Nobody in line nobody waiting for their food and I still had to wait a few minutes before someone took my order. No smiles no thank you no nothing. I mean if you’re not happy to receive someone’s business you’re in the wrong line of work.

Even after checking your order and you see everything seems in order you take a bite and it isn’t what you ordered! I rarely come here but if I find myself in Pico Rivera late night with a craving for Taco Bell meat I order through the DT and then I park nearby to eat it just in case something is wrong. Customer service isn’t terrible but it sucks because the teenagers that have taken my order all talked to me in a cold tone and the food prepared/​order taker have got my order wrong too many times in the past. Go anywhere else but here unless you’re in the area and have those weird Taco Bell meat cravings like me.

Ordered a Beefy Crunch burrito and the tortilla was moldy!
I went up to the cashier and she was like, «what is that??» B***h It’s MOLD lol
She offered to make me a new one and of course I accepted. I’m not picky; people eat out of garbage cans! Well this one was hot and delicious and made with TLC. I could tell it was by the way the burrito was folded. If you eat at Taco Bell often, you’ll know what I mean :)
