This has to be one of my top 3 spots to grab a carne asada burrito. I order mine with only beans and cheese. Pretty plain I know, but I am very picky with my beans and how restaurants or places like this prepare them and also the salsa or hot sauce they serve with it. The beans here are all smashed or mashed up which I like and their carne asada is sooo good and flavorful. Me and my cousin got ours to go and when driving thru the drive thru, just be prepared. It looks a little crazy and all the boxes are folded up and stacked on the side. There is sooo much going on in such a little place. Writing on signs everywhere of menu items, even on the side of a van. Pictures everywhere and a display of s, m, l, xl size cups tapped to the wall lol. There is a little area right in front of the window where you can walk up in order but it is right on the street. Whittier Blvd can get pretty busy, we always get it to go. This place is delicious, don’t be fooled by the outside.

The menu is fucked up looking. Probably on purpose to get you to pay more. You’ll immediately feel that hustler vibe. 750 for a burrito that only has rice, Asada, onion, and cilantro.,. Wasn’t asked what kind of meat I wanted. Basically thrown the bag into my hands and i stayed parked because they only gave me one couplet of salsa. Didn’t bother to ask why I didn’t leave lol … She asked if the EXTRA .50 charge was okay after the food was made. I had to come to norms to satisfy myself.

Food here is okay if you’re hungry. I’ve been here once and I don’t plan on coming back. Not very friendly. Price is good considering the size of their burritos.

Found a long brown hair in my nachos. Called them and asked for someone in charge and all they did was pass the phone until someone offered me credit to go back at a later time. They must be out of their mind if they think I would go back for over priced food and dirty to boot. No one wears hair nets. Customer service isn’t great at all.

I’m guessing I really love this place only because I’ve been eating her since I was a little kid. I think that the sopes, nachos, chili fries with chorizo and super burritos are the. Service is great and they have cleaned up the place.

food can sometimes be really good or really bad. Ive had times i go and my hamburger be really dry and the use cabbage instead of lettuce, and theres times its really good. same with the torta, sopes, nachos, and burritos. I dont care if you are a hole in the wall ghetto business or a fancy restaurant customer service is everything. Without us, you wouldn’t have your business running. 3 stars because customer service is real bad. girls always have attitude especially when I ask for extra chili, chips, or any sides. customer service improvement needed.

I use to love coming here but after today I will stop. The food is good. Today I order carne asada nachos and In my nachos I found not one hair but two. I’m mad that I didn’t find them right away I ate mostly everything. It’s pretty nasty to find someone’s hair in your food more than once. They could be more careful when they are preparing. Since their nachos are almost $ 10 dollars.

For you that are crying about customer service get over it. Did you not notice that it’s a whole in the wall, out door, ghetto restaurant that writes the menu on the side of a van. If you wanted excellent service you should have gone to Beverly Hills instead. As for the food I will admit I have probably been coming here over 20 – 25 years and the food was amazing before. I now live 14 miles away but I can say that there Tacos are the business still. I don’t really eat anything else but when I’m with others who order different items I hear that it’s pretty good. That’s all you can continue with your life now

If I could give a zero I would! The food was good but the cashier ruined my whole experience… Are we not allowed to ask for salsa? Customer service goes a long way.

I got the carne asada nachos and carne asada fries. The portions were pretty big. But very pricey. Also, food takes forever to come out.

Seriously I don’t put reviews unless I feel really strongly about the service, good or bad, this was by far the worst service I’ve received from an el atacor. First of all the lady that was there on Tuesday night around 1130 was very rude and had horrible customer service, not too mention how long it took for me to get my food. I usually go to the el atacor on telegraph but decided to try this one, horrible mistake. They literally served me like 3 bite size serving of ceviche and it didn’t smell fresh ATALL when I got home. I didn’t even bother going back because when I asked the lady if she minded adding a little more ‘because I have gone to other el atacors and I’ve never received this little serving’she said«that’s it».never again at his location. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Came here and ordered a Carne asada burrito but found mostly rice and beans. What it did have seemed to be fat leftovers of Carne asada. Took over ten minutes since the guy at the window, who was also the cook, was flirting with two women. Came here another day early in the morning and witnessed a chunk of meat falling in the alley way from a truck. They then picked it up and minutes later washed it and took it in. Just awful. I recommend Prayer with your meal here.

This place is pretty good– better than King Taco’s grease. Lol. Waited less than 10 minutes with 4 cars in front of us. Ordered tacos and they were warm and they got the order right. Really good! They included like 4 bags of chips. Prices went up– but so has all the meat at the stores. I think they are reasonable for the quality of food.

Prepare to wait in the drive-through for at least 10 minutes. Takes about 10 minutes per car to get through. Food is good but it’s expensive. 11 bucks for a torta and XL drink. Nachos are pretty good but are small for the price. Also kinda of hard to order if you don’t know spanish. Menu is in Spanish and employees don’t speak English well. Pricey Prepare to wait Small portions Spanish only

I recently moved to Pico Rivera, and decided to go find a good taco spot, close to my new apartment. This place seemed prefect to try first since it’s a few blocks where I live and is 24hrs. In short, I only ordered 2 tacos in total. 1 carne asada taco and 1 al pastor taco(thank God I didn’t order more!) I got home super excited to have a late night snack and was soon extremely disappointed. Both meats sucked! The hot sauce sucked! The tacos were small and more expensive than king taco! Smh… on top of that, the service sucked. I’m not sure why this place has such a good rating.

First of all this place is open 24 hrs a day which is a huge plus when you’re driving around looking for some authentic Mexican food I came here late night and ordered chilaquiles and within 10 minutes I got my food ! It was so delicious. It totally hit the spot It’s small and they had indoor and outdoor seating. I gave this place 5 starts because it was definitely worth it and inexpensive. I will definitely be returning :)
