I don’t even want to give the 1 star. This place is where I come all the time because I live near by yes I’ve received wrong orders before, and I’ve never complained, but this time I am not holding it in. I came this past Monday after school, ordered, went home and noticed I got the wrong order. I Google the number to let them know the manager said no problem I’m writing your name down come in and pick up a new one. Ok perfect thanks! So Tuesday I go with my kids to get them something to eat and to get my salad I go to drive thru and this is where the bad experience came. The person attending the window answers so I nicely informed him about my salad and his answer was«ugggh well I don’t see your name here so I can’t help you» REALLY! cutting it short he told me to come inside and deal with it. Mind you I had cars behind me and cars in front of me I said no I’m not going inside than I asked for his name and he gave me half of it and than cut me off and ignored me completely didn’t answer me anymore after I kept on calling him over the speaker. So I moved up to the window and his face was pissed like if I owed him something and started asking me for my receipt, bopping his head like a bobble head telling me he had no time for this. Yes that pissed me off so I went off on him told him what poor customer service he had and how can he be treating me like that! He just kept on making faces and pointing at the camera like telling me I’m being recorded! I said GOOD I hope you are too so they could see how awful of employee you are. I’m calling the manager, he said«I’m the manager nothing you can do» still giving me a sassy attitude like he owns the damn place. I believe he’s a Team leader not a manager. I called the number I called the night before and he told me who wears what and also I apparently I called the wrong store to report my wrong order the night before but that gave him no right to treat me that way he did. So I’ve come to look for the manager 3 times and he is never here. I am seriously tired of this. The management in this store really sucks if the«team leader»(name is Joseph) is doing this and treating customers this way what else do we expect from the rest. They are supposed to set the example. BADCUSTOMERSERVICE and I’m contacting corporate office too.

I got out of work and I was starving first thing came to my mind was this place. I like to go there but today I didn’t feel welcome I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order or at least a hi! But the cashier wasn’t in a good mood I don’t know why. I work at a place where customer service is really important and sometimes I go to work with so many things in my mind, problems etc. But I know that I have to leave all that before I start my shift. So after he/she took my order we starred at each other, but he/she looked at me like in a strange way like a mean way I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but that made me feel uncomfortable. I will not come back again. Thanks to the good customer service.

I ordered a sourdough chicken sandwich it was horrible it had so much sauce the bread was wilted I decided to eat the chicken by itself I had to clean it with a napkin as it had so much sauce I took one bite and trashed it, it was rubbery and burnt, I will never go back!!!

What are the odds of getting the same order wrong twice in a row. It’s a sure bet that they will. Get a cook that can read English or a manager that knows what they are doing

Such horrible service!!! How can they have such rude and lazy employees. Every time they get an order wrong or forget certain parts of your order. Had such a horrible experience with your employee Angelica. C’mon jack and the box, you can do better. I would put negative stars if I could.

I had stopped coming here during the night shift hen the munchies hit because the night crew was horrible. They wouldn’t answer when you pulled up and according to another employee that i knew here they would simply say the shake machine wasn’t working if I didn’t want to make any. Well I’ve visited a couple times the past month when getting home late and the service and crew have definitely changed. I’ll be back. Fatty forever. LoL
