Really liked the service here! First time and staff was so friendly :) staff shows really good work ethic.

Very nice customer service. Used the app to place my order, the entry on the app placed the wrong item. When I called in they were able to change my order for the correct one. Very friendly will stop by this location again. Recommend using the app or calling in your order for faster service. Location is small, best to take your item to go.

never went back after I got a foot long strand of dyed blonde hair in my sandwich. I was really enjoying the taste of my sandwich, and it was really good. But that type of situation ruins the whole thing for me. Never will I be back to that place.

It was our first time having Jersey Mike’s and I kind of had higher expectations for this place. I thought it was going to be another Quiznos but it was just another Subway with lesser but healthier options.
Even though this place is suppose to be healthier and the food is suppose to be fresher I feel they are way overpriced. We got 2 regulars (6in.) and it came out to a little over $ 18. And all they did was slice the meat and cheese, put a few vegetables and mayo. This is something I could make myself just buying the essentials for less the price.
The customer service however was superb. Since it was our first time the gentleman took the time to explain everything to us. I give an extra star for that.

I really like the precision and selection of the meats, along with the pride shown in the display and level of professionalism by the staff. It’s not like a normal sub style restaurant experience, the employees actually take genuine pride in their level of service and artistry in making the subs. This is my new lunch spot when I’m working!

I absolutely love this place ever since it has opened! The place is always clean and the employees are just fantastic and very helpful. To top it off the sandwiches are amazing! I get the #13 on wheat bread it’s so delicious!
If you’re in the mood of eating some great sandwiches this is the place to go!
I’m so happy that I no longer have to drive all the way down to Rosemead to eat some great subs.

I just went there… I really enjoyed their Italian sandwich good quality meat and cheese. The bread was nice and fresh and had a little crisp to it. The staff was super friendly. I can’t wait to come back!

Just tried this spot out, i had the chicken cheeseteak. I thought it was delicious, nicely cooked and prepared, tasted delicious. The place looked clean and staff was nice and friendly. Over i had nothing to complain about, my friend enjoyed her sub as well.

I have been to this location quite a few times and it just seems like every time I go it gets worse, last time I went in I ordered a large meatball sandwich, I could not believe they only gave me two meatballs and they cut it up and spread it out throughout the bread it tasted more like a bread sandwich than a meatball sandwich, I asked the guy if that was right and he was not sure I think I should just start going back to subway

Been here once and the sandwich was really good. Customer service = A+. So far I’ve had a positive experience and girls that work there have done an excellent job. I’m hoping that the franchisee provides them with the tools to perform to their fullest. Based on the other reviews, seems like there is room for improvement in the area of «Quality» and «Consistency».

I love coming to Jersey Mike’s sub because they really make delicious sub better than Subway. Everything in Jersey Mike’s is fresh and sliced to order also they grill to order. I like the grilled veggie sub it’s really good I enjoy very much…

This location does not weigh the subs and put a minimal amount of meat. I ended up paying extra for what would have been a normal sub at other locations! I was in a rush and didn’t have time to argue. I asked 2 girls if they didn’t weigh the subs and both gave me a confused look! I love Jersey Mike’s and this won’t stop me from eating it but definitely will not be returning to this location. I didn’t even get a receipt if not I would be contacting customer relations!

Great staff every time I go. Just wished they opened earlier. I like the fact they are down the street from my work and I look forward to going there for lunch. My only complaint is just too much juice when they do mikes way, just a courteous «light in the juice» and we’re in business.

I have always enjoyed a good cheese steak. However since I’ve left the east coast they’ve been hard to find in the LA area, however Jersey Mike’s does a great replica of they hoagies I’m use to at home. I love the smell of the fried onions when entering the establishment it’s just like home. The people are fast, quick, and friendly. I really enjoy their selections. The bread is always fresh and the people are always courteous and helpful. This new location is no different and very true to the Jersey Mike’s way. Will go back in the future.

#FAIL #SUCKIT #GOTOSUBWAY *or somewhere else
The wife and I have decided to give this place a shot 3 different times now. EVERY FVCKING TIME there is a problem and a long wait even though they are not busy. Not to mention it’s extremely overpriced for the lackluster quality. All of the employees are not professional and don’t seem to give a shit.
Trip #1– 2 cold subs took close to 20 min to make because they couldn’t remember the 4 ingredients that go into the sub (even with a cheat sheet in front of them). Then they couldn’t figure out how to apply the coupon and ring us up properly. This trip took 30 min in and out (we did not eat there) Sadly the sandwiches were dry and bland.
Trip #2 — This time it was me and 2 other people in the place. I order 2 sandwiches, and again it takes 20+ min… drive home and realize they gave me someone else order… HOW THE FVCK DO YOU DO THAT? I then had to drive back down to Mikes and wait in line to tell them, then got to wait around as they remade it. I figured they would have been sympathetic to the situation, but didn’t seem to care.
Trip # 3 — Tonight, 2 warps, poorly wrapped, not cut in half, took almost 30min, and the kicker is when I got home, we realized the person making the sandwich put RANCH DRESSING INSTEAD OF MAYO! awesome!!!
Mike’s can suck it, you’re better off going to a ⁷⁄₁₁ down the street and getting a sandwich there.

I’ve only heard raving reviews for Jersey Mike’s Subs from friends for quite some time, and I finally had a chance to stop in to the new, local location to try it out for myself.
My feelings are a bit mixed in regards to my first visit. Allow me to elaborate. I ordered a #17 (Mike’s Philly) and my wife had the #13 (Original Italian, Mike’s Way). Her sandwich was ready almost immediately, which is totally understandable, since the subs are made to order and I ordered a hot sub which needed to cook. The #13 was absolutely delicious. The bread was great, the meats tender and the toppings just felt right.
The #17 was a completely different story. First, a philly SHOULD have cheese on it. Now I’m not sure if it’s SUPPOSED to have cheese on it, but mine didn’t, and it was quite disheartening. Also, it felt that there were more veggies than meat on the sandwich, which totally felt off balance for me. The meat was ok, but I felt that it really lacked basic flavor (anyone ever heard of salt?).
The service was nice and they even gave me a coupon to «apologize» for my dissatisfaction (and lack of cheese), which I later noticed was expired. So overall, I’ll give them an «A» for effort, but a solid «C-​» for execution and taste. Next time, I’ll get a cold sub, since I feel that’s where Jersey Mike’s shines most.

My co worker always comes in on Mondays raving about Jersey Mike’s. As I was pulling up to Quiznos I tell my friend, «hey Jersey Mike’s just opened have you ever been?, let’s go! «BIG MISTAKE.
The subs are not good. Bread feels old, people looked rushed and unenergetic (and they weren’t that busy), veggie selection is non existent, and the vibe was eh.
Go if you dare, but lower your expectations. Wait! I take it back, make your own sandwich at home. Grab some deli sliced turkey from Albertsons, some deli sliced munster cheese, an avocado, tomatoe, lettuce, red onions, a pickle and bam, you got yourself a WAY better sandwich and you don’t have to deal with rushed employees and watch high school football on their TV.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

If you like Jersey Mike’ then you will like this one. Great cold and hot subs. Friendly service.
Don’t forget to try it Mike’s way… or order one of their many great sandwiches in salad form.

Jersey Mike’s Subs in Montebello is located in a strip mall on Montebello Blvd.
It is viewable from the Boulevard… In fact, that is the only reason I knew it existed because it wasn’t on Unilocal yet. This Jersey Mike’s opened up in August.
Very nice employees.
Quite a few people lined up waiting for their sandwiches.
Hot and cold subs are available. Also, you can make a combo meal with the typical Ms. Vickie’s & other Frito Lay chips & a fountain drink.
Try the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sub sandwich (Grilled onions & peppers… mushrooms, jalapeños & extra cheese)! It’s definitely a filler sandwich type of place. The sandwich wasn’t the tastiest I’ve had, but the service was excellent & the sandwich itself was made fresh in front of me.
The regular size (7″ sub) was plenty for me, however, the Giant size was available (14″-15″).
Prices and menu are somewhat — SOMEWHAT, I said, comparable to a combination of Philly’s Best, Quiznos, & Subway.
We were behind 6 other people waiting. It took about 10 minutes for us to receive our order to go.
Small eating area inside.
Plenty of parking out front.
Decent, affordable place if you’re tired of the Subway, Philly’s Best, & Quiznos scene & need a quick, filler option.
