Juan Great Fiesta

This place has good food but customer service has been in a decline! Visited the restaurant today for two tostadas with no beans but found myself waiting thru shift change at which 10 mins had gone by and no one was tending to orders as customers came in. After 15 mins of waiting and watching customers receiving their orders for lobby after i had placed my order to go several minutes before. I had decided to request my money back and complaint to the cashier about the situation. I had complaint that why were the customers who had walked in way after me were tended to first before me. It was obvious the cook was upset because they refunded my money but his excuse that he was busy didn’t fly with me at all! If you best can’t handle the heat best get out of the kitchen!

This place is pretty good. I have been going here for a few years now. They have a good variety of Mexican food and is cheap.
TIP: get the $ 1 breakfast burrito. eggs and machaca, eggs and chorizo or huevos rancheros. You can add beans, rice, papas for like 50 cents.
Other favorites are the chile verde burrito, steak picado burrito, taquitos, They also have Taco Tuesday with $ 1 tacos and $ 2 beers. they also have a good salsa and chips bar and serve beers!

I’ll give them 3 stars for food but this place has really slowed down in service. What use to be a pretty quick in and out has turned into a long wait for your food to come. I came to pick up a quick order of carne asada fries that are the Thursday special and was accused by the family of seating down and eating here for taking so long lol

Melodie is the real MVP ! Whenever I go she is busting her ass ! Her co workers need help her out more. They also need to add more meat on the nachos !!!

My friend and I ordered the Juan great burrito Tuesday special for 5.95 $ it was disgusting. My friend’s had no meat. Mine had more cheese than beans. No thanks. But the beer was great for 2 $. Don’t recommend it.

All my kids got food poisoning from this place. The carne was so dried and tasted like a jar of salt. This is the 3^rd time we got sick from this place. Buyer beware. Never again will I eat here. Watch the food they serve you !

i tried their $ 1 breakfast burrito menu
1) Beans and Machaca
2)Chorizo and eggs
3) A La mexicana eggs
All three were extremely good, however i prefer the La Mexicana burrito… i walked out with 3 breakfast burritos for under 4dls??? and food was fresh!!! how good does it get?
For all all of you that complained about this cheap food, go to a different place where u will pay triple compare to this place, then write a review!
I will for sure comeback for more breakfast burritos!

Breakfast burritos for only $ 1 plus tax. I took breakfast burrito to another place that I eat and said and show them what I get for my only $ 1 in the morning before 11:30am. Fresh made everyday and daily.
There’s only 3 choice of Mexican breakfast burritos but good enough for me

It was decent. Not bad. Looking for something quick simple it’s a place for a quick bite.

This place cheap customers has to fan himself to stay cool No AC. Ask to turn on the AC still waiting after 30 minutes.

OMG! I am beyond stuffed. Had a wet al pastor burrito, Fat ass ate it all. Lol cheap and cute little environment to seat down and eat.

My first time in this place. I ordered the 2 soft tacos plate. For under $ 10.00 you get 2 tacos rice beans and a salad.
The condiments are self serve the portion are a good size for your buck. The food was also tasty.
I would would return. It also has a relaxing atmosphere

Came here for my lunch break, had to wait 3 minutes just for someone to come to the front & take my order & the girl only came because I said can somebody take my order. The ladies in the front were just chit chatting. Management needs to focus on the customer service portion of the business. Aside of that, the food wasn’t good either, I ordered a sope de al pastor & the al pastor tasted horrible & had a funky taste, I was better off getting carne asada. Won’t be returning to this place. The service & food didn’t suit me well.

Went on a Friday for the 3 burritos for 10 dollars special. I got a 3 carne asada burrito. They used to have more meat, not anymore. Is a good deal but they don’t taste good because they almost have no meat.

This place has really horrible customer service! To top it off all the workers are in the back talking and there’s only one girl in the front and she has a line and no one comes out to help her. You would think the cook would come out and start making the orders but no he’s still in the back chit chatting and once the cashier cleared the line she started making the orders because all her lazy coworkers are just in the back talking.

My wife and I like explore and check out restaurant that’s is new to us. I discover this restaurant while eating at Jersey Mike’s Subs just next door. I notice each day they have a deal of the day and the price is really reasonable on a budget. Today we came to carne asada nachos Thursday at Juan great Fiesta it’s only $ 5 that a surprisingly good deal.
My wife and I both order the $ 5 carne asada nachos. It’s a very nice restaurant but people come in for deal. They call our number and then I pick up our carne asada nachos. I notice the nachos are big portions, the nachos look very delicious. I took a bite but I felt the carne asada nachos were disappointed it didn’t have any flavors especially the carne asada it was bland and the meat have been chopped up to finely but little bit greasy.
The one item have a very good flavor was the guamole it was good. My wife agree with me the carne asada nachos need more flavors and good pieces of carne asada that will make a more better carne asada nachos. We will go back again to try the other items on the day they have their special.

I’ve been here a handful of times, and I honestly can’t complain about anything much here. The food is decent if you aren’t really expecting too much. It’s your typical quick-​stop Mexican food joint. Burritos, various dinner plates with rice and beans, and they’ve even jumped on the «nacho fries» bandwagon. They even have a few breakfast items for those who are there early enough in the day to partake. Their $ 1 breakfast burritos aren’t bad at all. They’re simple, but what do you expect for a buck?
One nice little touch that’s found at all the locations is the self serve chip and salsa bar. Typically, you’d have to pay for a side of chips and salsa, but here, you can load up on as much or as little as you want! I always find this a nice touch, and can be particularly dangerous if you’re dining in…
Overall, Juan Great Fiesta isn’t the best Mexican joint in town, but it holds its own for being a small chain and won’t disappoint if you need a quick fix.

I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years now. It’s a pretty good Mexican spot with good food. I love that they have a salsa bar! The salsa bar includes hot sauce (red and green), salsa, chips, carrots and varies other things.
They have great deals throughout the week like Taco Tuesday (1 dollar tacos and 2 dollar coronas) and 1 dollar breakfast burritos!
I’ll usually get the carnitas plate or the 4 taco special.
If I swing by during breakfast hours, I like getting a breakfast burrito (machaca with eggs and beans).
I can’t recall having any issue at this place.

Hit and miss …
Was in the area so stopped here to eat. Ordered a Carne Asada Wet Burrito, Chile Verde Wet Burrito, and Carne Asada Nachos because it was $ 5 on Thursdays and why not give them a try.
The lady who took our order was very nice, and suggested that I get the Chile Verde over the Carne Asada; so I did and informed her it was «for here». Grabbed a ticket, filled our drink, and sat for a bit. The decorations kind of threw me off in here, as it was a bit colorful and much, but that would’nt stop me from dropping their rating. Although, when our number was called, our nachos were served on a hot plate and both of our burritos were served in «to-​go» containers. Which I thought was very strange.
The food was piping hot, as she threw the burritos in the microwave to melt the cheese, so needed some time to cool down. Still frustarated over our burritos served in «to-​go» containers when we asked for our food to be «for-​here» and not wanting our burritos just sitting in a bowl of sauce/​grease.
The chile verde burrito was not bad, as the flavor the of chile verde was pretty good. Although, there was not many chunks of pork/​meat at all and more just the sauce. I did like that they included a side of sour cream and a side of guacamole for my burrito though, not the carne asada. The carne asada burrito was a pass for me — as I did not care for their red sauce very much.
The nachos were great for $ 5, though, probably would’nt get them again if I had to pay more for them.
I would stop by again if I was in the area, but definitely not a place I will crave or go out of my way for.

I bought a burrito from here and once I got to the end if it I found a black hair in it. That is so nasty I got grossed out and threw up the food. I won’t eat here no more that is disgusting! Please check your good before eating it. There good may be good but you don’t know what is happening In the back. How clean are they? Also their fountain drinks all taste like toilet water. Have you ever had their fountain drinks? I have ordered one several times thinking it was just a bad day but nope it tastes the same each time it’s GROSS! Never again!
