Terrible customer service. Exchange policy is terrible as well didn’t even wear the shoes except to try them on in the store took them home but decided I just didn’t really like them in the end took back for exchange & manager judged through a picture that they were worn too much!

Me and my girlfriend were browsing through the mall one weekend and stumbled upon this store. My girlfriend noticed they had some pretty decent deals on shoes. The store clerk was initially very helpful to my girlfriend in picking out shoes and bringing us different shoes sizes. My girlfriend ended up buying two pairs of shoes. The next day, she realized the shoe size she bought was a little too big for her and decided maybe it was best if we could exchange a different size.
We went back to the store in morning and talked to a different clerk (maybe manager?) about the possibility of exchanging a different size. She immediately started giving us attitude about how they would only accept exchanges and not returns. Fair enough… but did she even realize we didn’t ask for a return but rather an exchange? After a couple of minutes of clearing up the confusion, the store clerk opened up the shoe box (item we wanted to exchange) and said we weren’t allowed to return the shoe. She said that the shoe had been worn and there was too much wear and tear into the shoe. REALLY? Too much wear and tear on a shoe that was purchased LESS than 24 hours ago?
My girlfriend didn’t even wear the shoe for more than 2 minutes. The only time the shoe was on her foot was from the previous day when she was trying on the shoe. Anyways, after about 5 minutes of us trying to plead our case. the store clerk refused the exchange.
Honestly, this store has some serious issues with how it honors it’s exchange policy. I understand that every business has to evaluate each exchange/​return rather than just take the customer’s word for it, but in my case it feels like someone just totally ripped us off.
