Just know if you sign up for a reward card, you’re doomed. HAHA. My Mother had an identify theft for her reward card and we constantly tried calling for two hours, even went to this mall to seek front(face to face) service. When we tried calling, we were put on hold for 20+ mins and when we asked for a translator(my mom speaks canto), we were put on hold again for 30+ mins and they hung up on us. MORETHAN3TIMES. Seriously, do NOT sign up for one. I can not stress enough how bad the service sucks and still, they could not help us. We are so frustrated. Worst Macy’s ever! Specially the men’s department. Avoid at all costs. You’re better off driving to a different location. Probably spend less time in traffic than you would in their lines due to their slow employees.

Ordered a table from the Macy’s in Cerritos and when it was delivered it was damaged the gentleman from there told us if for whatever reason we were not satisfied we could return to Any Macy’s home store. We went to Macy’s in montebello and as soon as we got off the escalator we were asked by a heavy set associate named Monica what we needed with a confused look on her face. We explained our situation and she shrugged her shoulders and said well we don’t do returns rolling her eyes, we again explained it was damaged and told her we were told by another associate at Cerritos that we could she then said«you mean Lakewood? «we said no we went in to Cerritos and they assisted us upstairs with placing the order. She then said there is no Macy’s in Cerritos!!! Are you kidding me!!! You work for the company don’t know your locations and still basically call your customer a liar!!! She then called over a manager by the name of Ken who was extremely helpful and professional went out of his way to help us, Monica however has no business working with the public.

The dude with the beard was terribly rude. He denied the fact that he was helping us out and rolled his eyes when we asked a question. He was very unprofessional. He wasn’t busy at all and totally avoided my friend as she was trying to buy items. I understand the holidays are crazy but we were never rude and the store wasn’t packed. Whoever he is, he needs to learn correct customers.

Horrible customer service. Was waiting for 15 mins at the Estée Lauder counter and was never acknowledged. So left and bought my make up at Nordstrom.

Not much to say about this place. I had a return. So i returned it. Placed seemed like a ghost town compared to most Macys stores. When I walked into store, i thought i won something. My return set off their theft detector sensors at the exit/entrance. One employee looked at me crazy instead of saying«welcome» or greeting me. I took off one star for that rude bitch. I get to returns area and a lady who is helping two customers asks me if i need help with anything. I told her i was returning item. She quickly called another employee to process my return. The other employee was great. Processed my return and i was out of the store. What more can you ask for? Great experience, except for the rude bitch who looked at me crazy when i entered the store.
