Came here recently for my husbands birthday, food is always great. This time we had the most professional waiter ever. He was perfect wish I could remember his name. …but he made the experience a great one

The service is always excellent at this location. All the staff has been very courteous and hard working. Been to this facility many times and we will keep coming back. The food is good for the price. It is super busy on weekends.

Giving Sizzler another chance but staying the Hell away from the Seafood Salad this time. Ordered a 14oz Ribeye Steak for $ 17.99 with fries added a salad bar for $ 5.49.
Going to take another chance on the Clam Chowder added cheese and tabasco. Got some claw slaw and onion rings too.
When I got the steak cut into it, cooked just right medium rare and tasted pretty darn good.
I couldn’t cut through the damn thing with the big knife. Disappointing too much Fat and Gristle ruin it for me. The meat was tender but needed shark teeth to eat it. Not a very good grade of meat was less than a choice cut to me.
So no more cheap steaks for me here. Spending $ 55 on a 28 oz Ribeye at Arroyo Chop House is definitely worth it.

Yeha, Sizzler… Its the poor mans Ruth Chris’. I like this place, its clean, the service is great. I really liked a waiter there, he was in his late 50’s or so, very friendly and wow did he pay attention to detail. I was also extremely happy with the apparent freshness of the Salad Bar, they had awesome new flavors and ingredients I rarely see on the east side of LA too much. I saw alot of healthy alternatives like, Kale Asian Salads, Three Bean salad, Carrot Bacon salad, Spinach Strawberry and many more types of flavors that I couldn’t get enough of. By the time my entrée of sirloin tips in mushroom sauce with rice pilaf, I was ready to bag it, but not before one skewer of course! Love my guilty pleasure, the chicken wings and hot sauce. The menudo smelled pretty good but I went for the Beef Stew, to see if it might compare to mine but I still hold the crown there because they dont STOP USING CANNED INGREDIENTS. Please dont ruin the flavor and make fresh broth or stewed tomatoes because it ruins the ingredients that are fresh. Otherwise, the experience was good. The portions are awesome when choosing the value menu, but other than that, they need to match the portions with the prices (that just recently went up.)
I liked my time there getting my face stuffed, at least there are some guilt free Salads to eat !

The fat manager with white hair (Rosendo) is beyond rude. he talks badly about almost every customer as soon as they turn their backs. ive seen this happen on numerous occasions and on top of that, I’ve seen him drop utensils and put them back. He is the most disgusting person I’ve seen work in the food industry and and by far the most horrible person to be working with customers on a daily basis. THAT FAT FUCK NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

Shitty service.
My food took forever to get here and they say us down in a booth for 4 people to sit a total of 5. Our waiter came to check on us a total of two times.
Food was basic. Oh and the best part there was gum stuck on two of my plates.

I’m not sure why they charge the Dinner price on Holidays like Memorial Day All Day Long. The person at the register said we just are I don’t know why. That’s all I know I can’t change anything. … Maybe they need to be informed on the price increase for a lunch time meal.

This is a pretty good sizzler location. It’s a bit busy during lunch hour. The service is always quick. Employees are friendly and are usually in a good mood. Food is always served hot. The salad bar is clean.

Great price and good food

We went as a family group of 8 to celebrate my father in-law’s birthday a few days ago. 3 of us had to send our food back because it wasn’t cooked properly, the waiter was very nice but his service was SO slow which I think was due to his co-​workers, 1 of us was notified by the waiter when her plate was brought out that the cook said a particular food item had run out so he took it upon himself to replace it with his choice of food rather than letting the diner pick, it was expensive and not worth it at all. We were all disappointed because it was all of our 1^st time going to this location since it had opened in Montebello and shocked because there isn’t a day that goes by that their parking lot isn’t packed and overflowing to the lot across the street. If this is what Montebello thinks is good food and service, our fellow citizens need foodie guidance.

This sizzler has very good service and the food is prepared at a appropriate time. The salad bar was fresh and consistently maintained. I enjoyed the food I ordered.

We don’t have many Sizzlers in the area, so this is a rare treat. Service is friendly, restaurant is clean and bright, and there’s a great variety including salad bar, seafood, steaks, ice cream, and their oh-​so-​tasty garlic bread. Prices are reasonable, and my steak tasted great. I’m a fan of this location and will come again. The parking lot is not large, so if it’s quite busy you may do better to park on a nearby side street.

*_​* Sizzler better be sizzling, was what I said to my boyfriend before arriving at this location. Honestly, I was pretty blown away by the selection and quality of the food here. Steak, shrimp, pasta, complimentary cheese bread, and endless salad bar at an affordable price– how awesome is that? The salad bar should be renamed buffet bar, because there were a variety of other food besides salad and fruits such as chicken wings, mac&cheese, different soup flavors, onion rings, and tacos to list a few. Oh, and there was also a soft-​served ice cream machine there.
Goodness gracious, Sizzler has everything from meat to seafood to dessert.
In addition, the customer service was excellent. The servers were attentive and friendly. :)

I was not expecting much from Sizzlers since I’ve been to one before. But I had to admit, this one is the best Sizzlers I had ever ate at! All the workers there are so nice and came around a lot to take away our plates to give us new ones.
The endless salad bar was amazing as well! It’s not your typical salad bar that consists of just salad, fruits and side dishes. There were also other ones such as onion rings, chicken wings, make your own nachos/​tacos with meat, etc.
The only downside is that the parking lot is small. But you can find parking on the streets.

Got food poisoning here yesterday. just got out the hospital right now :(
Everything seems nice and clean I wonder what was it that gave me food poisoning I think the soups because they didn’t have a cover on them…

My go place to enjoy a simple steak, salad, or some great cheese bread. In fact the steak and lobster or ribeye comes in less than 30 and the servers are attentive all the times I have been here.
I also like the fact that this location is clean, newer, and usually no wait. In fact I really have never waited when I have gone here. Yes parking lot is small so I just park on the street, or maybe farther down in the neighborhood. A short walk after a large steak should be a requirement.

We come here a lot and I often receive coupons but every time we try to use them there is one reason or another why we cant. The cashier Maria was not helpful at all before even see our coupon she said it wasn’t going to work hmmmm does that mean all of their coupons are bs that’s why they don’t work. Don’t ever try to use a coupon here it will be denied.

Can’t go wrong with the steak and fries. I have mine cooked medium rare along their complementary cheese texas toast. I was here on my birthday as well and I was surprised with a massive ice cream plate with the works. I had trouble trying to finish it.
The salad bar has some really nice varieties too.
