horrible experience. very very salty soup (chicken soup) the sandwich’s were okay. the floor was so filthy and gross there was food all over the floor. under our table there were chips and lettuce and it was gross there was food under all of the tables!

Wow this place is great all around! Great customer service Clean dining area quick friendly never rude! I have no idea what all these people are talking about they are well organized and just good at what they do! Totally recommend this subway for all those hungry people in the area who want a great subway experience (:

I Was there today at 7:50am. I was waiting for my coach to get to versus fitness (next to toys r us) «check out our martial arts gym»
Anyways. I walked in to use the restroom. The young guy behind the counter let me use it with no questions asked. I told him that my coach had a flat tire and I was waiting for him, I needed to use the restroom really bad! —-Very nice easy going guy. As I was leaving he said «I hope everything is okay and works out with the flat tire» The next time I get food I will go into this subway just because of the customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Even tho I wasn’t buying anything! I’m next door at the gym 6days a week. I will keep this subway location in mind when I’m hungry. :))))

Got there about an hour before they closed and the employees were already packing and cleaning everything up… Like dude, your open for another hour, looks really bad. Also, due to their packing up early, only certain items were available to order. Very pleasant employees but overall not a good look for subway.

Came in for a quick bite. Nothing special. Didn’t feel rushed to order. Walked in right when it got busy.
The girl with the glasses is a fast worker. She rang up the person in front of me and the person behind me before I got rung up. That’s because the girl who was helping me stopped to finish the persons sandwich who was in front of me. Bad timing for me I guess.

I went here to eat, and asked to use the restroom before I ordered, and was then told I could not use it until I ordered. Not only did I have to go urgently, but everyone knows ordering at subway is not a quick ordeal. The girl behind the counter did not seem to care, despite the fact that both myself and a friend were there obviously to order food. This subway will never get my business again. Terrible establishment.

I haven’t been to subway in a while, and I honestly don’t know why people gave this negative reviews! When I come here, my mom usually comes along. My mom is pretty demanding, especially at restaurants. She doesn’t sound demanding, but she will say something if there needs to be improvement. She always loves the extra toppings, like the jalapeños, so she always asked the workers if she can get extra of that in the little cups. They gave it to her with no hesitation! Even if the workers are young, my mom actually got along with them! I haven’t been there in a while, so I’m not sure if there’s any changes here.

I was in the mood for a sandwich. Employees didn’t seem to be to happy at the time and really makes the surroundings blahhh. It is a nice large location and very clean. Ummm I am not so sure about the music they had playing as well, lol, My sabdwich was good and I might come back to this location sometime …

One of the best subways I have ever been to hands down puts other subways to sham in the area all the employees a very helpful and know how to make my sandwich the way I like them. «eat fresh»

Can’t really go wrong with a sandwich. Good place to stop by either before or after a movie for an inexpensive meal. The place is clean and well kept as well.
I honestly don’t see. why this subway has so many negative comments about the workers here. Having worked in the food industry I understand that you can’t completely satisfy every customer and it can be pretty stressful dealing with all the negativity. They didn’t plan for things to go wrong. Especially if the manager isn’t in the store it really isn’t fair to put all the blame on the people working thre at that time.

Becareful with your debit card here!!! This Subway gives all Subways a bad name. Apperantly theres never any managers its like a free for all in there and their workers poorly trained. Their boss apperantly isnt always around either. I dont know how this Subway is in business. They charged me almost 18 $ twice their machines dont work. The system had a glitch the worker I believe she was named Christina said my card was declined so my husband paid with his but before we left I checked my bank app and it was charged. We tried getting our money back and apperantly no one there is a manager. They gave me the run around asking me to come in later and leave my personal information for their boss if I wanted a refunand he was going to do it when he had time. Finally I just called my bank & let them dispute it my money was back with in hours. Besides that you ask for a little of mayo they drench it or a little bit of salt and they ruin it. Worst sandwiches ever worst service.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had! I went to this Subway a few days ago thinking «Eat Fresh (lol good one huh?). Anyways, so I Went there cause I’m in a rush and I want something I can eat in the car. I pulled up, and it looks good, new place, so everything looks clean, up to date. My thoughts are „this is great!“ UNTIL I was having my sandwich made. The girl serving me looked like she dreaded working there. I told her what I want and she got the bread, the meat, and she’s like what would like on it? Ok, lets start off with lettuce. She grabs half a palm of lettuce and pretty much throws it on the sandwich. I asked for more… She did the same thing. I go „light Onions please“ and she takes a hand Full of opinions and puts it on the sandwich. I go ‘cucumbers please’ she goes sorry. We have no cucumbers. What the heck?! How do you not have cucumbers? It’s like you buy one cucumber and you can make 30 slices out of it! How do you run out of something like that?! Moving on, I said ok please put pickles. She goes mustard and mayo?! Yes please! Drenched the sandwich in mustard and mayo. Would you like“oil and vinegar». Yup! Definitely! She drenched the sandwich in oil and vinegar. I’m like salt and pepper also. I can’t even recall if she put any.
When I left I was like «Man Jack! Did you do something to piss her off!!!» I don’t recall doing anything. She seriously made the worst sandwich I’ve ever had! I won’t be going back to this subway. There are planty of other subways around that made me good sandwiches with decent workers!
1 star — for putting something in my system. Even though I ate half and threw the other half away… They don’t even deserve one star.
Avoid this location! They seriously don’t know how to make a sandwich, as odd as that sounds considering its Subway! Lol

Can’t beat their $ 3 breakfast combo BUT they gotta work on their bitter morning coffee!!!

Employees need customer service training. Friendly employees make a world of difference and these guys/​gals seem to hate their job. I’ll probably stop coming to this location if it doesn’t get corrected.
