I’m a bit of a subway connoisseur. Going to about 5 different locations on a consistent basis, and I gotta say, this is hands down the best one. They work nascar style here man. I like getting Jesus as my sandwich artist cuz he’s fast and precise… his name is Jesus, AND his beard was epic as fuck! I say ‘was’ cuz he shaved it off and my sandwich today just wasn’t the same.
Bring the Jesus beard back, Jesus!

Worst Subway ever. As an employee of the Montebello Towne Center I would go and ask for my mall employee discount and they would refuse to give it unless I showed a badge. Mind you, I always wore a suit and ear piece and a keychain with my company logo. They always rolled their eyes and tossed my food at me.
I understand struggling to have patience especially in retail but to be rude to someone who was completely nice to you is a whole other thing. I tried contacting managers but even they do nothing about their rude employees.

Bad Bad Bad Customer service!
For starters Subway doesn’t have the best Subs, quality of their products is terrible. Now add terrible customer service ugh! Fast food restaurants need to understand they are in the hospitality business. The lady taking our order was so loud that the next establishment was able to hear her. So Rude, rushing us when there was only one person behind us waiting. Fast food chains can use chick-fil-a as an example of what a great fast food joint can be. Good food and excellent customer service. For now subway lost my business completely, I decided to fired them like I did with other fast food chains

This is the best place to eat in the Montebello mall. It’s a great healthy choice and my sandwich always tastes great. They really listen to my requests to make the sandwich how I like it. The employees here are very friendly which keeps me coming back. I love this Subway!

Subways are’t good in general but in the mall it’s double your pleasure of disgusting. (in the food court)
At least they raised their grade to an A.
But I don’t recommend it. Go to California Steak & Fries, best place there.
