They recently had some really good deals I absolutely love there scents and the employees are very helpful and pleasant store is always clean!!!

Bad customer service. I bought my daughter with me to get the candles cause there was a limit. They say I can’t pay for her and that she has to pay cash. What the hell! Fine I will get cash but can I come back to the front of the line? They said no I have to line up again. Waited for over an hour!

It’s that time !! The annual bath and body works semi-​annual sale! Just bought my loot of lotions, hand soaps are a great price of $ 3.00 dollars, lots of 70 percent of lotions to many to mention! 50 percent of several other body products and a very reasonable $ 11.00 for candles … The large size too! I bought enough to last through out the rest of the year. Hurry in for the better selection!

They have many promotions on products, and if you sign up for their newsletter, they send you email coupons as well as mailed coupons that often have free items on them. The last ones I received were a 20% off, 30% off, and free travel size lotion coupon.
If you have a Victorias Secret credit card you can make a payment here, and even use it here to buy products as they are affiliated with one another.
They have many scented lotions, body washes, air plug ins, candles and more. Many scents are there consistently, and others are seasonal. They get many new scents frequently, as well as discontinuing scents. The good things about discontinuing scents are the fact that at the end of the season they go on sale!
The mixture of scents in the store can be a little over bearing, but I still enjoy going in to look around, or use my coupons. The staff is also ver friendly, and they always give out coupons to use on your next purchase.

Omg had the best costumer service here a couple days ago on friday. Me and my husband had tons of fun with our sales associate her name was angelica i remembered because of the Rugrats lol but she was totally helpful, fun, and cool ! Great job Angelica keep up the great C.S. and thank you for helping me find my late pumkin marshmallow i still want too come back to get that never ending weekend

I love BBW! the scents smell oh so good! Always make me feel welcomed and tell me about their current promotions. They have their own sink so you can try the products before you buy. So many scents to choose from I can’t just pick one! Hehe

I spoke too soon. This BBW is no better than those who don’t follow their company policy.
I went in yesterday with a cheap item that was about $ 5 or so that gave no scent when I used it, and I simply wanted to exchange it for one that worked. Since I bought it a while ago, I couldn’t find the receipt, but the store associate wouldn’t let me exchange it because she scanned it and it was from last season and the current selling price was discounted.
Give me a break! The item is originally $ 5 and I wanted to exchange it for the SAME exact item. It’s not like I’m trying to scam you with a huge return. On top of that, it’s your company’s policy for product for product exchange. I wouldn’t be returning it IF IT WORKED! All I want is an item that WORKS!
Thumbs down. I won’t be going out of my way to return here. The associates are always friendly, but I guess they make up their own rules now and ignore corporate’s.

They used to have a very good customer service. I went there twice for 3 months and I noticed that the manager is really unfriendly and when i’m trying to return something, she keeps on whinig while processing my return.

They just came out with a new «flavor» candle. Mango and Cilantro. They also have a whole new slew of coconut stuff.
What’s next: Natto and Star Anus?
