Overall a good fair experience. Went in today for the Curry release. Staff were very helpful in and out in less than 10 mins. 30 minute drive but well worth it.

The store is located on the first floor pass Macy’s.
There is uncovered parking for the mall. The store size is your average Footlocker that hasn’t been converted to an HOH.
Customer service is bad. Rep Samantha greeted me with a smile but as soon as I advised her I needed to return a pair of shoes, her smile became a frown with attitude. You are the face of the company.
I’m glad I don’t live near here. The only reason why we are here was because we were in the area.
I will not be coming to this footlocker again. There are other closer locations to me with better customer service.

I just wasted 30 minutes here paid for a pair of shoes and one shoe was the incorrect size they went to the back and they could not find the right size how to get a refund what a waste of my valuable time

Average sized footlocker on the first floor of the mall. Selection is a little better than the «average» footlocker but of course worse than the larger HOH footlockers. Employees here have generally been pleasant. I’ve never been given attitude and they have mostly been nice.
PARKING: uncovered, outdoor lot. usually not a problem finding parking. i have had trouble once or twice though.
