Subway

This review is a one star on because that’s the minimum that the place can get. I am Telling You this is the worst franchise location I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot. I used to eat subway on a daily basis growing up, and it was responsible for me gaining a lot of weight. I also became a connoisseur of Subway restaurants and staff. So what I’m going to say comes from experience. If this location where the clothes it would be a blessing. The staff access so they don’t want to be there, are lazy, rude and argumentative. They do not listen and do not acknowledge that they have made a mistake or care about how they talk to you. There is one older woman that was there tonight and she I had the unfortunate experience of having her as my sandwich maker. Let’s just say that my son as he was ordering his sandwich became thoroughly frustrated and walk to the out to the car to wait so that he wouldn’t explode at this woman. She talked down to him like he was an infant and after every item as my son was trying to tell her what he wanted on his sandwich she would say what else, what else and reach for one of the other sandwiches and act like she was going to start on that and not allow my son to think about if there was anything else he wanted. He was the only one to get pickles on a sandwich and pickles or bad, not just tasting they were bad as in spoiled. so that was a waste for one sandwich after my son walked out I explained to her that she was irritating him and that because of his condition that she was making him activated and it was rude so she continued with me on my sandwich doing the same exact thing and smiling as she did it and she said what else what else what else as I was explaining it to her before hand and she stopped me from saying what I wanted when I asked her colleague if she was the manager or if there was another manager there she stated that there was no one in charge and they would not be back until tomorrow. That was unacceptable and she was just as rude as her colleague. I don’t no what is wrong with this woman but just like on my son’s sandwich she attempted to skimp on every item I wanted on it. I had very little if I didn’t pay attention my sandwich would just be just the meets and very little veggies. And to top it off when I asked for a subway club she tried to just give me a ham sandwich, & I articulated very clearly subway club. She is lazy unattended and I know she had a problem with us being in there. I really think that if management or subway corporate has a clue they will look at the staff that work today and when I came in there after 6 p.m., and two women that were there need to be either retrained or terminated immediately. They have no business working with the public and really they give subway a bad name all I’ve seen is negative from the reviews of this location and now I see why. In the future I’ll stick to the location right around the corner from my home Montebello. just pathetic and now my son and I feel sick.

I asked for little mayo and got a huge lump on my sub nasty gross. Need to show and have them clean the containers for the mayo. you know the tip, so it squeezes out evenly

This is for the service only. Ms. Ashley, be nicer to your patrons. If you’re out of something just say «I’m sorry but we’re out.» There’s no need to snap. We have no idea what you do and do not have. Don’t transfer your bad attitude to everyone else. You’re in the service industry, a smile goes a long way.

this subway is close to home. it is very clean and and kept nice. i enjoyed my lunch in the nice and quiet surrondings …

Good choice for a Subway location because there’s not much around in terms of restaurants in the area. It’s pretty packed for the lunch rush, but I usually find a table.
They do greet you when you walk in which is nice. They have 11 tables & self serve fountain. I love the bar tables and there’s 3 of em!
The service here is with a smile & they are normally pretty quick with putting you meal together.
Fast, friendly, fresh lunch! Can’t go wrong with that!

Clean Subway, slow service and employees not listening all that well. I felt like I was in a line for the bank. I had about 12 people in front of me and about 7 behind me and it took about 15 minutes to order a sandwich. When I did order, I asked for extra veggies and the girl just refused to pay attention. She was too busy having a conversation with another worker. I asked for all the veggies and I watched her the whole time and she left out the spinach, pickles, olives and cucumbers. COME ON lady, LOOK ALIVE!!! I then asked for them right before she closed the sandwich.
My poor rating is mainly on the wait in the line and the service. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Probably the nicest subway I have ever been to. They always greet you when you come in and it’s also the largest subway I’ve seen. The quality of the food is great and they make their sandwiches like pros.

Quick, clean, friendly service. They do ask me if I want to add avocado to my spicy italian (LOL) but it’s ok, they’re forced by their managers to push avocado. Since when did avocado become some luxe item? It’s a green fruit, people!!!
It is exactly what you’d expect from a subway, so I’ll put it in my book as a solid pick.

This Subway is in the shopping center with Office Depot, Best Buy, 99 Cent Store, and Albertsons. It’s not very busy because of it’s location. It’s separated from the rest of the shopping center in its own little island with a sushi place.
Whenever I’ve come here, the sandwich «artists» are always on it. They listen to what I want and I leave happy.
