Came here to do my birthday nails. This place is luxurious and the technicians specialize in Korean style nails so they can create nails to your imagination. It was a bit pricey for my manicure and pedicure but my nails came out awesome.

Great service. Everyone was really nice and did a thorough job. It wasn’t crowded, I’m Not sure how bust it is on the weekend. It is also very nice and relaxing, the décor is amazing.

I called 30 minutes ahead of time to find out how busy the place was. Sure enough it was empty. I was there from 4 to 6… no one else was there except me and 3 workers. A bit awkward since i literally had the place to myself. I didnt get the guys name but he took extra time and effort to give me a manicure and paint my nails the way I wanted it to be. A bit on the pricey side though for sure. Obviously mine was pricey with designs but still… its a tad bit much. $ 5: added color choices(i had 3 colors) $ 48: $ 3(x2), $ 5(x2) & $ 8(x4) for nail design(fyi he only mentioned $ 5 for design. he didnt mention it would be 5+. assumed he meant 5 each) $ 20 for gel manicure $ 5: gel take off No clue where the last 8 dollars went but in total my nails costed $ 86 without tip. Although he took his time to shape my nails and give it the design I specifically asked for… after a day the gold striped stickers are peeling off the ends of my nails. I did notice there was a 20% off sign walking in but was in a rush to leave i forgot to mention it. It should have been automatic for them so i wasnt to pleased with the dishonesty. Overall. though the nail technician himself did an outstanding job that day… after a day for paying that much and its already peeling??? Im not as happy as a customer as i would have been if the quality was better. The one time i decided to be bold and try someplace new… i ended up overspending and unhappy. Sorry but i doubt i would be returning. Id rather spend that amount elsewhere then spend $$$ &2 hours of my day only for it to last just 1 day. The 2 stars is for the effort he put into it but thats just about it.

The inside of the nail salon is really clean and nice to look at, they have better furniture than most salons. But their service is crap. I called ahead of time to make sure they were available to do a fill and when I went in they told me they had ONE person that could do acrylics, one out of 4 ppl there. & that one person was busy taking off someone’s nails. So I sat and waited 20 min when I was told on the phone there would be no wait time. Then I asked how long it would take for him to do a fill and he said a little over an hour. I have never had to sit at a salon for an hour to get a simple fill. He was extremely slow and didn’t even use the color I picked out on the displays they had. Then he used a sticky, thick top coat that I knew was not going to dry well & sure enough, it started to slide & weigh down on the actual color polish making it look wrinkled. He then came to check if my nails were dry from only sitting in front of a tiny plastic fan for 5 min & when he touched the tip of my nail it stuck to his finger pulling off some of the polish. It looked horrible & he offered to try to fix it but I had already sat there for an hour and 45 min & I had other places to be so I left with ugly looking nails that never really dried & ended up painting them myself at home. The next day I noticed that one of my nails was actually lifted from my real nail and he didn’t pay enough attention to it to offer or suggest a nail repair, and later that day the nail lifted so much more that it came off, so I had to go to ANOTHER salon to pay more money just to finish and fix a job that this guy couldn’t do. I would have gone back to complain but I don’t even live in the area, I was just there for school & thought I would give this place a try. Worst idea ever! I really wish I would have taken a picture to show off the lousy job.

I went here on a suggestion from my facial place. The interior is just beautiful, and everything is brand new. Plus, there’s 20% off with their grand opening that makes it all better. Nick spent three hours on my Japanese hot gel nails, extending them meticulously and spending a lot of effort perfecting the design on my nails. The soft gel is softer and less harmful than acrylic, and I was happy I had the option to use something that wouldn’t put a deep sent in my nails. I loved the result! Everything looks perfect and they offered tea and snacks, and also Netflix! The time passes by much quicklier. I’ve since gone back and did the pedicure, which really fixed my scruffy skin. I’ll definitely be a regular coming back here.

Stopped in today for a gel mani(with gel removal) and regular pedi. Service was nice, and my nails look great! 20% off now for opening, so total with discount was $ 43. Worth trying out if you are looking for a new place. It’s cute inside, clean, and everything looks new. I’m going back again!

I originally went in to try this new nail salon, hoping to score a grand opening deal on a Halloween themed gel manicure with a different color on each nail. Keep in mind, they’ve only been open for about two weeks up to this point and since this nail place would be so much more convenient for me to get to, I thought maybe I could migrate over from my usual nail salon if I liked what I got. I didn’t catch his name but the only male in at the time, informed me each color would be $ 5, but after he calculated everything for me, with hesitancy in his own voice, told me it’d come out to 92 dollars! And that’s WITH the 20% off. He then suggested I just do two colors and even that came out to $ 72. I ended up changing my mind on the manicure, but I’m one of those people that can’t just walk into a place and then leave without some type of contribution. I always feel like I’ve wasted their time so I asked for just gel removal. With the manicure, it would’ve been $ 5 for removal. But without, $ 10. Pretty outrageous. The place I regularly go to(for 3+ years) charges $ 3 with Mani and $ 5 without, and they’re pretty high volume. They also charge $ 5 for each gel color/design, but on top of their regular charge for a gel manicure($ 19), it would come out to less than HALF the price($ 44). With removal, I would only get charged $ 47 compared to $ 92 C+L was going to charge me. I understand this place just opening and they’re going through growing pains but if C+L Nails wants to get good business, they need to drop their prices. I really don’t know how good their nail art skills are or maybe their nail polishes are handcrafted by kings. It could actually be worth the price. But the smart thing to do right now to bring customers in, is to start with lower/average prices, gain recognition, and then raise prices later. Sidenote: I noticed that all the workers here speak Mandarin. I don’t mean to sound racist or ignorant — I speak Mandarin myself, but it just doesn’t feel right having my nails done and not being surrounded by Vietnamese chatter. Some positives, they use new tools on each customer(or maybe it was just the first pack they opened for the day cause I was the first person to come in), the interior design looks pretty nice and they have a large TV w/netflix inside.

New business! Saw this cute nail salon place opening up and decided to give it a try. It’s very clean and new inside. Since it’s their grand opening, all services are 20% off! Their regular mani is $ 15 for one color polish, additional polish is $ 1 more. I got 2 color polish for my mani and it came out to be $ 13 after the discount. Unsure how long the promotion is but I would take advantage of it! They have a huge flat screen so the owner out on some videos, it was entertaining. My manicurist did a thorough job. I liked my experience. Reason for the 4 star and not 5: they were still fixing and drilling in the back and it got really loud and annoying at some point. Other than that, I would recommend.
