IHOP

Went to ihop today for breakfast everything went well until the moment where my pancakes never made it to our table. I had to remind the waitress about the pancakes & she still brought out the wrong pancakes. Hmm ended up getting them to go but they weren’t enjoyable so they ended in the trash.

My friend and I went to this location around 11 PM yesterday. It was somewhat packed and took us around 20 minutes to get a table which is pretty understandable. What made me upset though is how LONG they took just to get our order. They asked us what drinks we wanted and all we said was two waters with lemon. But what happens next? A couple of minutes pass, okay no big deal. We see a whole family come in to sit down and say «oh okay they’re probably just helping other people» They take a bunch of other people’s orders and bring them THEIR drinks and THEIR food and totally neglect that we’re there. We even make eye contact to the waitress helping us but still nothing. Someone even comes up to us, asks if anyone took our order, and then leaves without actually getting someone to come and help us get our drinks. Eventually thirty minutes pass and we get restless because we didn’t even get our water. So we just walked out and passed by all the workers who were just talking amongst each other instead of actually serving us our drinks and taking our order. Even though it was 11 PM at night, that should never be an excuse to neglect any of your customers and not do your job correctly. I only recommend this place if you have patience for bad customer service. Never coming back here again.

Bugs on the walls, while eating our breakfast, not a good source of protein. They didn’t even try to clean them off.

This IHOP has the worst service, in the past I recall that the host was taking a nap in the waiting area when we walked in, what kind of presentation is that?! The last time I walked in I only did it to give it one last shot, so disappointed. The hostess lazily walked us to our table, when our drink orders were taken they were very confused when we ordered an arnold palmer, who doesn’t know that?! The food took about 40 minutes to arrive, people that ordered before us got their food in half the time. Lazy and incompetent staff.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Alex was on it! He sure knows how to treat different types of consumers… And did I say that the pancakes were amazing?!

Not good at all… food was cold when it was served like it had been sitting out for a while. Hesitant to send it all back to be warmed. The pancakes were over cooked and cold had to send those back. The waitress seemed new and took a while to return a few times. $ 3.19 for a small glass of pepsi is Rediculous by the way. Kids eat free after 4pm, I ordered 2 silver 5 pancake plates. the pancakes were hard and cold.
understand they’re free but come on they should be edible. I used to love coming here especially for the pancakes but was very dis satisfied, meal total $ 40 SO NOT worth it. It’s going to be a looong time before i return but not likely: /

It’s been an hour since our order was placed. Still waiting…

Great Service… Great Food… We had a pretty big group for breakfast. Everything was absolutely exceptional.

We came here at 8 am, we needed to find something on our drive back to Arizona. There was no wait, our waitress was very friendly and attentive she came over several times to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything. We received our food shortly after ordering. The food was good, came out nice and hot. Our order came out exactly as we ordered it. I would definitely eat here again if we’re in the area.

I had the pancakes with strawberries and fresh sliced bananas.
Sliced bananas cooked into the pancakes, as well as on top of the stack, topped with whipped cream.
Just a light dusting of powdered sugar makes the pancakes look all that much more appetizing.
I don’t normally eat whipped cream, powdered sugar or even butter at home, but I make an exception at IHOP.

if you want pancakes late night. come here. It’s a typical Ihop, but what makes this location great are the happy servers. I come here around 2am and everyone is smiling and happy. The service is great! The food comes out quick and is made to order. Perfect for a quick sit down meal.

Sad, sad, day, this was our morning go to for years since it’s so close to our house, either having breakfast with the kiddies or when my wife finished her night shift at the hospital, but recently it’s terrible and so this review, the service had gotten lazy, and how they handle your food, when is it sanitary to stack plates on top of food when they bring it out? Everyone in this area but these guys use a tray so the dirty bottom of your plate is not on your food! We really like it here but we just can’t when it’s the 3^rd time in a few months and nothing’s changed, food or service wise so time to just say goodbye.

Went here today… Maria our server was so sweet and awesome! Very friendly and attentive staff! :)

This is by far the worse IHOP I’ve been to. I went on Sunday and to start off, there were so many fruit flies I stopped counting after the 6^th one on the wall. Second, I had to ask for 3 different sets of utensils because they were noticeably dirty. Third, I ordered the regular bfast combo that has hashbrowns and when I got the food I noticed black flakes on top of the hashbrowns. At first, I thought it was pepper and I wasn’t going to make a big deal about it even though I didn’t want pepper. However, after taking a 2^nd, and 3^rd look at them, I realized that it was burned flakes on what I can only think came from the previous orders of hashbrowns. Isn’t protocol to clean the griddle after a few sets of food? I’ve seen it many times at those Korean BBQs. This was my 1^st and last time at this IHOP.

Husband & I went here a few weeks ago for dinner. I decided to do something different & ordered the chocolate chocolate-​chip pancakes. Meaning, they were supposed to be 4 chocolate pancakes with chocolate CHIPS, PLURAL, inside, as advertised.
I got my order & for some reason had a feeling that something wasn’t right. I peeled apart the 1^st pancake & there wasn’t a single chip in it. Did the same to the 2^nd pancake, same thing. There were maybe 4 – 5 chips in the 3^rd pancake. I informed our waiter & he had it fixed for me.
After he took the order back, I recalled why I had the funny feeling. The same thing happened to me at another IHOP on a previous visit. Maybe it’s their slick way of ripping off customers — not giving them what they ordered nor what is advertised? Buyer beware.
I would give this place 1 star but our waiter was very nice about everything so I’ll be nice & give 2 stars.

My waitresswas Martha she was amazing i usually dont like ihop bc the food is expensive n service sucks but we gave it another chance. Im glad i did MARTHA made our day so sweet polite helpful n fast. The team can learn from her!

Um. I’m not a fan of IHOP but I was craving French Toast & my friend was telling me this is the place to go to get my fix. No. Customer service was fantastic BUT the french toast was questionable. I should have stuck to pancakes. Lesson certainly learned.

I just had the worst waffle experience ever. It was cold the butter didn’t even melt. Then it was so freaken expensive. Why do I keep coming back. The food isn’t even good. So disappointing. The waiter was wack. Didn’t even check on us. I left a tip but shouldn’t have.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and the parking was ok, our wait was about 10 minutes. The restaurant was bigger than I expected.
Our server was real nice, food tasted great. We ordered the omelette combo, double dipped French toast combo and the smokehouse combo with 3 coffees. Our bill was about $ 35.
Would return!

You come to IHOP because the food is always consistent here. It’s never god awful nor is it ever super delicious good.
I love this location because it is open 24 hours a day and the service staff here is very efficient here (even on weekend brunch days). Every time I go to IHOP, the menu prices always gradually increase a little, but those bomb ass buttermilk pancakes will keep me coming back for more!
