This Denny’s has been around for years. I stopped in with a friend for a quick cup of coffee. We ended up having early midnight breakfast, lol … Coffee and pie was decent. It was busy even at this time of night. Free wifi is a perk. Servers were friendly and there was plenty of parking. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean and I most likely would come back again for some coffee and pie when I need to have a quick meeting on the go when im near by. Freeway is not to far away which also is a good thing…

I was there friday evening. The Waiter, was juan, excellent service. Had the chicken fried steak, mash potatoes, broccoli, cup of coffee. Good coffee. Food was Great, had desert, chocolate sundae, delicious. Got served coffee, 3 times. 2 times water.

Water spots on utensils pretty bad. They deliberately cooked my hash brown, bacon greasy and soggy undercooked on top of that black burnt little flakes all over my food. I had $ 8 grand slam special. I give one star for good service.

Horrible service!!! We got seated but no one led us to our seats. They just basically watched us stand at the front for 15mins without telling us that they«seated» us at a table. When asked when we’re going to be seated she said we seated you there and pointed at a table. Didn’t even lead us there. To add to this, it took another 15−25mins to get our food when there was barely any people. I understand it can be hectic and sometimes orders can take a bit longer but there was barely any people. I’m talking maybe 2 – 4 party’s at MAX! Definitely going to take my business elsewhere.

I’m very unhappy with there service ! Today 1÷7÷16 @ 2 o’clock. The waitress took along time to get our order bc she was sitting down chatting on the job and didn’t even get my water which I had to ask another waitress to get it! When we got our French toast it was raw !? So we told her about the French toast she took it back and she came back with another which that was raw as well??? Than she over charged us on the bill!!! I’m very disappointed with this Denny’s ! We use to like it here but the last few times had bad service!!! The people that work there are disrespectful the cook doesn’t know how to cook the waitresses are disrespectful!!! I’m going to spread the word on this Denny’s on social network !!!

Always a busy place, but well attended. Yes the restroom can get dirty depending on the time of day with the rush hour of people, but then again people could be cleaner and NOT make a mess in the restroom. Food is great and service is great.

This the worst Denny’s franchise I been too it took 15min to bring our order as well with our orange juice the water was here in 3min after order and the service inside the cleaning department is disgusting if I wasn’t hungry I’ll would’ve left!, our spoons where dirty we asked for a new one and the spoon still DIRTY! #wtf

1) Newly Renovated Denny’s… located off the 60 frwy & Garfield/Wilcox exit in Montebello 2) Busy Night because it was Halloween 3) Parking is good since it shares a complex with a Market and Hometown Buffet 4) Good service from our waitress Coreen, she was sweet, attentive, and pretty… i really wanted her for dessert, but she wasn’t available :(

Update: I called Denny’s to inform them of our food poisoning. Manager seemed to be more concerned with wether or not we were going to file a law suit. I said no and that I called so they would be more careful with the handling and preparation of their food. A few days later, someone called me from corporate. Again, concerned about law suit. When I said no I was not interested in perusing a case, she offered me a Denny’s gift card. Lol a few weeks later, I received a $ 30 gift card. That’s $ 15 for my husband’s pain and suffering and $ 15 for my daughter. Not that we would ever eat there again but what an insult. Thanks Denny’s.

It’s a standard Denny’s. Nothing unusual or worth mentioning, but I never thought I would give such a high review to a chain diner. By far the best service I have ever gotten from a Denny’s. Please keep up the good work.

I was going to write a review about how bad the service(so slow 45 min to get eggs and toast, no refills on our water or coffee), food(over cooked eggs, burnt toast) and how dirty this Denny’s is but I see I should have just checked Unilocal first. Obviously this Denny’s manager doesn’t care to correct the problem based on all the other bad reviews.

Bad service! Asked for a dessert menu she never brought one. Had to wait 30minutes for my food. I had to flag another waitress down, to pay my check. Waited for 15min to get my change back I had to walk to the cashier to request my change. Will not come here again!!!

Found what appears to be a clump of dirt stuck to the cheese on the outer edge of my sandwich. At first i thought it might have been some roast beef, but the consistency of what I found was much too fine grained. It looks like some dirt was tracked in on someone’s shoes, my food was dropped onto it, and it was put right back on my plate.

Abysmally slow service. Food was practically microwave quality. Order the salmon which was plated drier than a well done burger. I’m not expecting gourmet, but overcooking everything, then delivering to my table late… when there are hardly any customers at the time… Won’t be coming back.

Alex was our server tonight. Saw him once to take our order and once to bring our food. Never came back to our table after that. No one refilled our drinks either, but the 3 waiters and witnesses who were on duty did sing happy birthday to an employee. We waited for about 45 minutes to get our check, then saw Alex walking outside the restaurant to go home. So we went to the register to pay for our meals, only to have to wait another 8 minutes because no one was at the register. A cook had to find someone to get our check so we could pay.

I came here last weekend during their Grand Celebration weekend promotions. Not much to say really… standard Denny’s breakfast fare and friendly waitresses. Very comfortable restaurant atmosphere to dine inside! I spun the prize wheel and won a Denny’s hand sanitizer. lol

Every time my boyfriend and I come here, we get pretty good service. Except for tonight. I have never received such poor customer service in my LIFE. The waitress told us she was new, so we helped her out by pointing at the pictures and telling her exactly what we wanted. I don’t know how many times I said the HALF portion of the Zesty Nachos, but she came out with the full portion. Okay, no biggie. My boyfriend never received his food and we were never waited on after that. It’s like she had disappeared. She never came back to check up on us or tell us his food was on his way. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to give us our check, we couldn’t take it anymore and decided to just go to the cashier, and whaddya know! The food my boyfriend ordered was on the check. We told the cashier we never received it, and she called a manager to us. The manager did seem apologetic and she sort of scolded the waitress in front of us so we just left it alone. She offered free pie or a drink, but we declined. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt if it’s your first day or even your first month, but to have an order never come out, and never be asked for anything else the entire time we are there is completely unacceptable. Sadly, we will be taking our money elsewhere.

My wife and I have been to this Denny’s next to Ford of Montebello, the past few years. We came to have dinner it was quite but little bit of construction inside the restaurant they were installing a new Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain machine that’s is so cool. Now I can get my Mellow Yellow drink. We got seated right away and the waiter pass out the menu and ask us what like to drink. We look at the menu and right away we are ready to order. My wife order the Southwest skillet with chorizo and potato, egg and other ingredients. I order the 8 Oz sirloin steak and the sides I got was the Mac&cheese and vegetables. The waiter brought us our meal it look very good and mouth watering including the sirloin steak. The steak was cook on the flat iron grill, I could tell it was cook nicely on top. When cut the steak the steak was cook perfectly medium rare that’s how a steak should be nice and red and juicy. The taste was so good that’s was out A 1 steak sauce with steak sauce it add another level of flavor in thev steak. The Mac&cheese was really good nice and cheesy and vegetables were delicious. My wife enjoy her Southwest skillet very much. Overall the service and the food were very good. We would go back again

I have been several times now and everything is excellent. The employees are always nice. This is the best Denny’s I have been to. It is consistently good and they let you substitute without extra charge.
