The ultrasound was professional and thorough. However, CHOMP provided an estimate alleging Blue Cross had rendered approval for at least an 80% payment. However, Blue Cross denied all the charges and CHOMP sent me a bill for the entire amount AFTER telling me my responsibility would only be 20% at worst. They provided me with a fraudulent pre-​authorization.
The follow through by the billing dept has been negligent and irresponsible. Beware.
