Fed ex supposed to leave a package on December 23^rd for my granddaughter. I paid for ²⁄₃ day shipping to ensure a xmas delivery. On the 3^rd day I checked and they say business closed or resident not home. I had someone home ALL day and they have delivered to me 100 x’s with no problems. I got no tag left at gate or whate

Thanks for the threatening phone call telling me you are mailing my package back to the sender if I don’t come by the office and pick it up before 6:30 today.
This is after I already received two other voicemail messages telling me you tried to deliver a package while I’m visiting family for thanksgiving and am on the east coast. I already called the 800GOFEDEX and asked them to hold the package. I would have called your store directly but there is no phone Number on google or on Unilocal for your location.
Why didn’t you leave the package on my front porch? Why are you threatening to send my package back to the sender?
Why can’t I get in touch with your office to explain what I already explained to he 800 number… That I can’t come get he package till I return to California tomorrow. I’m frustrated with your system and level of service. It’s like I’m being punished because u have a policy against leaving packages for people at their home? If it’s a matter of signing… people have jobs and work during the day how do you get them to sign for the package when they are at work? Are employed individuals penalized in the same manner as those who have families they like to see over thanksgiving?
