Dr. Geiler is not just the best internist, he is definitely the best Doctor on the Peninsula. For my husband, years of having intermittent pain in his abdomen and being told that he had an ulcer or IBS or just a bug, Dr. Geiler was able to diagnose a chronic appendicitis in just a few minutes and surgery finally stopped this recurring pain! He also was able to get him to stop smoking after 30 years. His «bedside» manner is so comfortable and knowledgeable. He’s not afraid to look something up on his computer when you ask him something he might not know. Every time I mention his name to other medical professionals they always have great things to say about him.

Maybe the best Internist in Monterey. He’s in great demand. Very thorough. Listens well, records every fact you give him in his database, reviews this database before he sees you each time. Asks if the previously disclosed problem has ever reoccurred.
But expect him to strongly insist that you adopt a healthy lifestyle. And I mean STRONGLY.
