The entire home-​buying process is a pain, but working with individuals such as Pat at Keystone Chimney Sweeps makes it just a bit more bearable. I contacted him to have a chimney inspection done in Prunedale. He was by far the most reasonably priced. What I most appreciated was his honesty. He’d told me what the inspection cost would be with cleaning, as the chimney often has to be cleaned when it is inspected. Once all was said and done, he gave me a cheaper price — because my chimney required no cleaning. Given the fact that he was the only one who saw whether the chimney had to be cleaned or not (I was not there for the inspection), he could’ve easily charged the agreed upon amount, but instead charged for the work he actually did. His integrity was such a breath of fresh air! It also made me know the job he was doing was a good one. I highly recommend Keystone Chimney Sweeps for all your chimney needs; I know I’ll be using him in the future!
