I needed a gift for my husband framed, a blueprint of Soldier Field, for his office. The owners Greg and Julie were so considerate and helpful, taking great care to help me pick the right frame and matting for this print. When he was done, Greg told me to take my time and consider the price, gave me a military discount, and said to think about it before I decided. No pressure at all, very kind and helpful! But I decided to go for it because the frame, this beautiful brushed blue steel, was exactly perfect for the blueprint. My husband loves it and gets many comments and compliments on it!

It’s great to be able to recommend Monterey Custom Framing. The owner was extremely helpful in helping me select the appropriate mats for four photos. There was no high pressure for the next step — getting frames. In fact, I was told how I might save money if I accepted selected certain sized frames. Their mat inventory was excellent, and they were cut right then, for my evaluation. I did not feel rushed in making decisions. It was an excellent experience for someone who had not bought professional mats before. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this frame store to anyone wanting the right elements for their art.

Second time I have tried to have framing done on a Saturday. Their sign says they are open until 3pm. We stopped by at 12:45pm and they were closed again. Please update your signage to reflect your accurate hours.

I normally cut my own mats, but was having a hard time getting a double opening to work. I finally gave up and went to Monterey Custom Framing. Greg was fantastic! Not only did he cut my mats that day, but he spent about 15 minutes showing me how to do it on my own next time. I was simply amazed at the level of customer service I received. Five stars and I will go back to this place again and again. Thank you Greg!!!
