I absolutely love Drs. Palma and Criswell. I have been going to them for three years and they have been the very best every step of the way. I have never had to wait, the staff is wonderful and extremely friendly. I not a child, but it always feels so good to walk into the office. The atmosphere is light and the treatment top notch. My teeth and bite have improved tremendously. I never was able to smile showing my teeth before without being extremely self conscious and now I love my smile. I manage a plastic surgery office in town so I know how much self esteem comes into play with any cosmetic/​reconstructive procedure. I also know how important a friendly, caring staff and doctor (s) mean to the patient. I have nothing but praises for them all.

Dr. Palma and his office staff are the kindest, most kid friendly group of Ortho’s I’ve come across! My daughter needed to have braces in two phases, and Dr. Palma made the process easy and relatively painless. He cares about kids.

Two stars for nice staff, but also only two stars for not being entirely transparent/​accurate with the fees incurred as part of the consultation process. I was told that all fees related to x-​rays would be covered by insurance, but later found out about $ 200 weren’t. This information was supposedly supported by a call to my insurance provider. I went to Dr. Auger in Monterey as a result and couldn’t be happier.
They also don’t take American Express…
