I purchased glasses from
(same company as Schultz optical). I waited for 10 days, but still nothing. Now I don’t need them anymore (they were for a costume, the party’s all done, no glasses ever came). I called them back to ask them to not send the glasses. Of course, they said it just shipped, it’s too late. Plus they will only reimburse me half the price, their policy states that the have a restock charge.

Stay away from this company!!!
The lab techs are clueless, the prescription was not correct, it’s hell asking them to re-do the lenses and communicating with them is absurd.
And if you opt for a refund you’ll have to pay for the return shipping AND the defective lenses. You’ll get your money back only for the frame, not the lenses.
If you are one of these customers as well, please report them to your credit card company.

I hate even give them one star. Unresponsive. I sent in an order 7 weeks ago, when it first arrived they cut one lense wrong. I shipped it back paid them more money and I have not heard from them in weeks.
In the meantime the woman we bought these for has triped over a curb and broke her ankle BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT SEE!!!
I have had enough. I have contacted them several times with no response. Enough is enough
