Every time I come here, the bathrooms are so filthy, covered in urine with toilet paper on the ground. The outside seating area has cups and sticky tables.
This morning– I ordered a REFILL– the employee working didn’t repeat my order back to me– I told her she was overcharging me. She stared at me while I was confused and then they gave me the wrong drink. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t refund my money, she just sat there.
It is always a really crappy experience even if they are quick with their orders.

I really enjoy a good cup of java! Yes, this place has Pike’s Peak blend which suits me just fine. I had to wait until 10:00am until shops open, so a cup of coffee was meant to be. Thank You, Starbucks! Wonderful efficient friendly staff does a great job on service. Coffee was perfect!

I came in this location a couple days ago and I have to hand it to them even though the line was ridiculous the baristas had such a great attitude. I’m sure they are busy a lot of the time since this particular Starbucks is located within a mall but it’s nice knowing I am made a great drink with a smile.

No line this morning. Friendly baristas– nice start to the morning! I ordered a venti cinnamon dolce latte but got a grande I asked cause maybe I was wrong and said that it was ok but Macie was super kind sharing she would make a venti. I said no worries but she did so anyways. I appreciate this gesture and the kind response. It is so nice to come in contact with someone when you ask a question about your order they do not get defensive… I know there are a lot of rude customers but not all customers question out of rudeness so yay for kindness!

Way better than your average Starbucks. Even though there’s always a line, they are FAST with the drinks.
Lots of outdoor seating under the umbrellas makes this one of the best Starbucks.
Always clean, well stocked & empty garbage cans .
Just wish the view was better than a parking lot!

The workers are always working extremely hard for how busy they are. Every time I walk in the place is packed but the workers are always so Smiley and happy no matter the business. I have a pretty complicated order and they always make it exactly correct. Great place if you don’t mind the wait.

Lacking on the products. Order a venti hot chocolate and it came out in a venti cup but was the size of a grande! Really!!! Not a smile on their faces. I thought we were paying for our food. Not begging for it.

My wife and i where he visiting celebrating our 11yr anniversary. you have a evening employee with short black hair and tattos on her arms making drinks. She is very rude and unprofessional. She the face of. your company. She should be sent home to think about her job. Remember with out customer you dont have a job or get paid

Not too happy with this Starbucks location. Ok, it’s crowded & I can deal with that and limited to no seating. I asked for 2 different coffees & they couldn’t make them. So I asked the barista to make something fun & different. Every other location the barista has been able to come up with a creative creation… this barista said I’ll make a Carmel frappé…2 stars for lack of motivation & creativity.

Sophie is great! Remembers my drink every time! Good parking situation (why I come here instead of the one on Lighthouse) had a couple issues with lukewarm coffee– but the team rectify it quickly as soon as I bring up the issue.

The girls here are sweet except the Latina barista. She needs to cut the attitude just because my order is complex. Don’t like my order? Pass it off to someone who’s more than happy to take my order. Minus one star for because of her rude bitchy attitude and minus another star because she never looks happy to be at work. Sigh, does SB corporate even read these reviews?

I have been getting java from this location for years and they’ve been quick and friendly! Just recently the location has been renovated and it seems all new staff… not sure what the deal is, but since the renovations and new staff I don’t see quick and friendly anymore :(The baristas are incredibly slow.3 latte’s in front of my espresso and i ended up waiting 12 minutes with 2 baristas! And this was the 3rd time. i think the last time unfortunately. Hope it gets better, for now I’m staying away from this location :/

Crazy huge and comfortable for long term study sessions. You know the drill in regards to processed food and drinks, but did you know they donate their leftovers to the Salvation Army at the end of the day?
Plus, beat the traffic of Lighthouse by coming in the back way to grab a quick drive through coffee!

I love this place, where it’s located inside the Del Monte Shopping Center. I used to go here whenever I finish after or start before the school starts. Also, it is really convenience to get a drink after shopping. Furthermore, their service is really good, which the workers are trained to be nice because there are a lot of tourists going in and out. Furthermore, this place is always clean, which the workers sweeps the floor and table all the time; except the bathroom (since all the tourists use their bathroom :() Also, their breads are always fresh whenever I got them. They will always ask you if you want it warm instead of you telling them how you want them.

Average Stop For Coffee

This Starbucks runs on the smallish & slowish side, but it’s in an ideal spot when running errands or need to grab some quick WiFi time in this vicinity of Monterey.
THE SETUP
My preference for a Starbucks stop is definitely either the Starbucks on Cannery Row or the Starbucks at the head of Fisherman’s Wharf. The are large, well-​lighted, well-​ventilated, have all the cool gadgets and staff that don’t seem to cop an attitude.
WIFI ISSUE
And the last time I stopped in, the WiFi was down which did not make me happy because the need for WiFi is what drives my choice to a particular coffee stop — and it doesn’t have working WiFi that is false advertising to me.
THE BENE
The benefit of this location is they DO have a Clover machine and I prefer to make a blonde roast when given the chance with the Clover.
THE LOWDOWN
A worthy Starbucks if you just want it to go.
